How to use a Ounass code
- Open the Ounass site or app for the country you live in, since each Gulf country has its own Ounass site.
- Fill your bag with full-price pieces: the codes listed for Ounass are nearly all described as excluding sale items.
- If you want the first-order app discount, sign up in the Ounass app and place that first order in the app, not on the website.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field and confirm that the order total drops before you pay.
- If nothing changes, take out sale items or any other offer already applied, then enter the code again.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
Kuwaiti orders are packed in Kuwait, which is why delivery can be fast: in 2 hours, the same day or the next day, depending on what you choose. From KWD 40 delivery costs nothing. Under that, you pay between KWD 2 and KWD 4, with the faster options at the top of that range.
Timing has one rule worth remembering. An order placed after 8 pm, or on a public holiday, is treated as arriving on the next working day, so the 2-hour option does not help late in the evening. If your basket sits just under KWD 40, adding a small item often costs less than the delivery fee, and it also protects you on returns, since the delivery charge is not refunded if you send the order back.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
You have 30 days from delivery to return an Ounass order in Kuwait, and the return is free, with a pickup from your address. You do not need to drop the parcel anywhere. The exceptions are specific: beauty products, underwear and earrings cannot be returned, so a first-order code spent on a fragrance or a pair of earrings is a final sale in practice.
Refunds cover the items, not the original delivery charge. If you paid KWD 2 to 4 for delivery on a smaller basket, that money stays with Ounass even if everything goes back. Orders of KWD 40 or more avoid the issue because delivery was free in the first place. The Kuwaiti pages we read do not give a refund timeline.
Paying for Ounass in Kuwait
KNET is supported at Ounass Kuwait, which makes it the obvious choice for most local shoppers. Cash on delivery is not offered in Kuwait, according to the FAQ, so plan to pay online before the order is confirmed.
The Kuwaiti pages we read do not mention Tabby, Tamara or Apple Pay, so we cannot say whether they appear at checkout. If instalments matter, look at the payment step before using the first-order app discount, because that discount is once per customer and cannot be combined with other offers. We have no Kuwaiti bank-card offers for Ounass on file. In practice the saving comes from either a code or crossing the KWD 40 free delivery line, and ideally both.

Before you pay at Ounass in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from KWD 40; below that it costs KWD 2. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- You have 30 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- At least one offer works only in the Ounass app. Install it and sign in before you build the basket.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Ounass in Kuwait
- Order before 8 pm if you want the 2-hour or same-day option to count today.
- If your basket is a little under KWD 40, a small extra item can cost less than the KWD 2 to 4 delivery fee you would never get back.
- Do not spend the first-order app discount on earrings, underwear or beauty: none of them can be returned in Kuwait.
- Have KNET or a card ready before you apply a code, since cash on delivery is not offered.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working Ounass promo code in Kuwait today?
The strongest Ounass code in Kuwait right now is APP10: 10% off your first app order. Ounass publishes it itself, and we last checked it on 26 Oct 2026. Keep a second code from the list below in case it’s rejected.
How many Ounass codes does Coupons Radar list for Kuwait?
As of 26 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 7 live offers for Ounass in Kuwait: 3 from the store itself and 4 listed on coupon sites. Ounass in Kuwait: free delivery from KWD 40; returns within 30 days. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date.
What is the free delivery minimum at Ounass Kuwait?
KWD 40. Any order worth KWD 40 or above, shipped from the Kuwait warehouse, travels free. Below that, delivery costs KWD 2 to 4 depending on how quickly you want it. Because the original delivery charge is not refunded on returns, reaching KWD 40 saves money twice if you might send something back.
How fast does Ounass deliver in Kuwait?
As fast as 2 hours. Kuwaiti orders ship from a local warehouse with 2-hour, same-day and next-day options. Orders placed after 8 pm or on a public holiday are handled as the next working day, so a late-evening order will not arrive the same night even on the fastest option.
Is cash on delivery available at Ounass Kuwait?
No. The Ounass FAQ states that Kuwait has no cash on delivery option, so there is no COD fee to worry about either. Pay with KNET, which Ounass supports for Kuwaiti customers. Have your payment ready before applying a once-only code, so the order goes through on the first attempt.
How long do I have to return an Ounass order in Kuwait?
30 days from delivery. Within that time Ounass collects the return from your address at no cost. Beauty products, underwear and earrings are excluded and cannot be returned at all, so check the category before ordering. The refund covers the items but not any delivery fee you paid on the original order.
Are Ounass returns free in Kuwait?
Yes, with one cost to note. The pickup and return are free, but if you paid KWD 2 to 4 for delivery on an order under KWD 40, that charge is not refunded. Orders that qualified for free delivery lose nothing on a return. Remember the excluded categories: beauty, underwear and earrings.
Can I use Tabby or Tamara at Ounass Kuwait?
Not published. The Kuwaiti pages we read mention KNET and rule out cash on delivery, but they say nothing about Tabby or Tamara. Instalment options for Ounass are published for Saudi Arabia only. Check the payment step before applying a code if you were counting on splitting the cost.
Can I use the Ounass app discount with another offer in Kuwait?
No. The Kuwaiti terms limit the first-order app discount to full-price items, once per customer, and say it cannot be combined with other offers. Free delivery from KWD 40 is a threshold rather than a code, so it still applies to a qualifying order, but you cannot add a second percentage discount on top.
Why did my Ounass code fail in Kuwait?
Most often because of the basket or the account. Codes in Kuwait are listed for full-price items, so sale pieces can block them, and the app discount only works on a first app order. Reported codes are not published by Ounass and may have lapsed; one of them was last seen in early October 2026.
