How to use a Temu code
- Open Temu's page for your own country in the app or browser, since prices and listed codes are set per country.
- Add your items to the cart and continue to checkout.
- Find the place to enter a coupon or promo code and type the code exactly as listed.
- Read the cart total: coupon listings say a Temu code's real value only shows there, and it can be lower than the headline 30%.
- Save codes described as first-order offers for the first purchase on a new account.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Temu offers two ways to receive an order in the UAE: standard delivery to your address or collection from a pickup point. Both are free on most orders, according to the UAE shipping page, which does not name a minimum spend or a fee for orders outside that. The quoted time is 6 to 20 days for either option, so pickup is a convenience choice rather than a faster one.
Pickup suits anyone whose building makes courier deliveries awkward, or who is often out during the day. Choose it at checkout if a point is near your home or office in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, and follow the tracking so you know when the parcel is ready to collect. If you stay with home delivery, make sure the address includes your building name and flat number.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
UAE orders can be returned within 90 days for most items, and the first return in each order goes back free. Temu's UAE page does not set out a separate window for electronics or a deadline for sending the parcel after you request a return, so read the instructions shown when you start the return and follow any dates given there.
There is also a way to get money back without returning anything. The UAE homepage advertises a 30-day price adjustment if the price of something you bought drops. If you spot a lower price on an item you have already ordered, ask for the adjustment inside that 30-day window instead of returning the item and buying it again, which saves both the wait and the paperwork.
Paying in the UAE
Temu's UAE page does not say which payment methods it takes. Cash on delivery, Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are all unconfirmed for UAE orders, so look at the payment step before you rely on any of them. Prices are shown in AED.
When you use a reported code, the AED total in the cart is the figure that counts, because the listing sites themselves note that the real value is shown there. Three codes are listed for the UAE: two described as 30% off for new users or a first order, and one listed for any shopper. One of the new-user codes carries an end date of 31 December 2026; the others have none. Compare the total with and without the code before paying, and remove it if it changes nothing.

Before you pay at Temu in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- You have 90 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Temu in the UAE
- Pick a pickup point at checkout if courier access to your building is awkward; it is free on most orders.
- Keep an eye on prices for 30 days after ordering, since the UAE homepage offers an adjustment if they drop.
- Pickup and home delivery both quote 6 to 20 days, so collecting will not get your parcel sooner.
- Group items you might send back into one order, because each order's first return is free.

Yes. The UAE shipping page lists pickup alongside standard delivery, and both are free on most orders. It takes the same 6 to 20 days as home delivery, so choose it for convenience, for example if couriers struggle to reach your building.
How long does Temu take to deliver to the UAE?

Do Temu UAE codes work for existing customers?
Not the new-user ones. Two of the three codes listed for the UAE are described as 30% off for new users or a first order, so they should not apply on an account that has already ordered. The third is listed for any shopper, without published terms; enter it and read the AED total to see whether it does anything.
