How to use a noon code
- Open noon's website or app for your own country and add the items you want to the cart.
- In the cart, find the field for a coupon or promo code before you move on to payment.
- Enter the code, apply it, and read the order summary: an instant code lowers the total, while a cashback code shows the credit you will earn.
- If you hold an eligible bank card, compare first: noon's Saudi help pages say a code switches off the bank-card discount for that basket.
- For cashback codes, the money arrives as noon credits a few days after delivery; follow it under noon Credits in your account.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
noon Kuwait charges a flat KWD 2.5 for delivery, according to its help page, and waives it only on a customer's first order. There is no published basket value above which delivery becomes free, so a KWD 5 order and a KWD 50 order pay the same fee.
That makes timing the useful lever. Saving a heavy or expensive purchase for your first order gets the most out of the free delivery, and after that, combining several items into one order means paying the KWD 2.5 once instead of several times. A 15% code on a KWD 10 basket saves KWD 1.5, which is less than the fee, so small orders gain little from a code unless you add to them. Cash on delivery is available, but its fee is not published for Kuwait.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
Returnable items can go back within 15 days of delivery. The process is self-service: you request the return, print the noon label, give the parcel to a courier company yourself and then enter the tracking number on noon. Keep the courier's receipt, because noon reimburses the return shipping as wallet credit, paying either the receipt amount or a fixed cap, whichever is lower. The help page states that cap as AED 80, in UAE dirhams rather than Kuwaiti dinars, so confirm the amount with noon if your receipt is high.
How the money comes back depends on how you paid. Refunds of cash payments land in noon credits, and you can move them to a bank account once the balance is above KWD 10. Below that, they stay as credit for your next order.
Paying for noon orders in Kuwait
noon Kuwait lists three ways to pay: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, the noon wallet and cash on delivery. KNET is not among the methods in our facts, so if you normally pay with a KNET debit card, check the payment page before you rely on it. Tabby and Tamara are not listed for Kuwait either.
The choice affects refunds as well as the checkout. A card payment avoids cash refunds being held as noon credits, which only move to a bank above KWD 10. The cash on delivery fee for Kuwait is not published, so look at the order total on the payment page before confirming a COD order. Wallet credit from earlier refunds or return shipping can be spent on new orders.

Before you pay at noon in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- noon lists a delivery fee of KWD 2.500 in Kuwait; count it when you compare the saving from a code.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 15 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Some codes here pay cashback after delivery instead of cutting the price. The checkout total won’t drop, which is normal for those codes.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at noon in Kuwait
- Put your biggest or bulkiest purchase on your first noon Kuwait order, the only one delivered without the KWD 2.5 fee.
- Keep the courier receipt every time you return a parcel, since noon refunds it as wallet credit.
- Official homepage codes here belong to sections such as electronics deals, Top Picks and sports, so confirm the item is listed in that section.
- Pay by card if you think you may return something, because cash refunds stay as credit until they pass KWD 10.
