How to use FIRST
- Add items to your basket in the Namshi app, signed in with a new account.
- At checkout, paste FIRST into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names FIRST before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.

How to use CAD1
- Add items to your basket in the Namshi app or website.
- At checkout, paste CAD1 into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names CAD1 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a Namshi code
- If you plan to use the official first-order code, open the Namshi app, because that code does not work on the website.
- Fill your bag and check that the items are marked as discountable, since the official code skips everything else.
- At checkout, type the code into the promo code box and apply it before you pick a payment method.
- Look at the new total. If it has not dropped, you probably entered a cashback code, which pays credit into the noon Wallet instead of cutting the price.
- Cashback appears in your noon Wallet once 14 days have passed since delivery, and returning part of the order can lower it.
Delivery and fees in Bahrain
Namshi delivers free to Bahrain once the basket reaches BHD 35. Under that amount a USD 8 charge is added, and because Namshi sets it in US dollars, the dinar figure at checkout can move slightly with the exchange rate. No faster delivery prices are published for Bahrain in the pages we read on 18 October 2026.
The free delivery line is worth watching when you use the first-order code. The code needs a basket worth at least the equivalent of AED 100, and after it has taken off 20%, check whether the delivery line on your summary still shows as free. If it does not, adding a small item you need can be cheaper than the fee. The only other code reported for Bahrain in our list is an up-to-20% listing, so compare the two on your own basket.
Returns and refunds in Bahrain
You can return eligible Namshi items in Bahrain within 14 days of delivery. Bahrain is also where Namshi's information is clearest on refunds: the money goes back to the card or method you paid with, once a quality check has been completed, and that check usually takes four to five days.
In practice, that means a card payment is refunded to the same card rather than turned into store credit. Whether returns are free is not published for Bahrain. Build the quality check into your plans: a return sent near the end of the 14-day window can take close to a week before the refund starts moving, and your bank may need more time to show it. Keep the item in its original condition with labels attached, since it has to pass that check.
Paying in Bahrain
Namshi's payment page lists cash on delivery as unavailable in Bahrain for now, so orders have to be paid online. Apple Pay is accepted. Our Bahrain notes do not name BENEFIT, Tabby or Tamara, so treat local debit cards and instalments as not published and look at the payment step before relying on them.
Since refunds in Bahrain go back to the original method, paying with a card you plan to keep active makes any return simpler. If you are using the first-order code, apply it in the app before you choose how to pay. Both that code and the other code reported for Bahrain are instant discounts rather than cashback, so the saving should show on the order total before you confirm; if it does not, stop and check the code conditions.

Before you pay at Namshi in Bahrain
- Check that the site shows BHD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from BHD 35. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- At least one offer works only in the Namshi app. Install it and sign in before you build the basket.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 10% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Namshi in Bahrain

- Pay online, as cash on delivery is not offered in Bahrain for now.

Do Namshi codes work on discounted items in Bahrain?
Not always. The official first-order code only applies to items that Namshi marks as discountable, so some reduced or excluded products will not get the extra 20%. The other code reported for Bahrain gives no item rules in our data. Put the item in your bag and apply the code to see whether its price changes.
