How to use TMYK5H
- Add items to your basket in the talabat app.
- At checkout, paste TMYK5H into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names TMYK5H before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a talabat code
- Open the talabat app and check that it is set to your country; almost every code here is app-only.
- Pick a restaurant or talabat mart and build the basket, keeping in mind that grocery codes do not work on restaurant food.
- On the checkout screen, enter the code in the voucher field and confirm that the discount appears in the order summary.
- For a bank-card offer, pay with the named card, and for CrediMax in Bahrain switch the offer on in the CrediMax app first.
- Credit from the ADCB talabat card in the UAE is paid back as talabat credit rather than taken off at checkout; talabat does not publish when it lands.
Delivery and fees in Oman
Restaurants in Oman set their own delivery fees, and you see the fee while ordering. There is no published standard charge or free-delivery threshold. A talabat Go shop charges a service fee on top, which is worth knowing when you weigh a Go shop against another option.
talabat pro is offered in Oman, with a family plan for households that share one subscription. It renews every 30 days. The price is not published and appears only in the app, as does the minimum order needed for pro's free delivery from partner merchants. Before subscribing, check both figures: if your usual order sits below the minimum, pro will not remove the delivery fee, and the service fee on Go shops stays either way.
Cancellations and refunds in Oman
Oman has the clearest cancellation rule of talabat's Gulf markets. You can cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, which covers most mistakes such as a wrong address or a forgotten item. After that window, cancellation opens again only if the order runs over 20 minutes beyond the time talabat promised.
Refund timing for Oman is not published, so if you cancel a prepaid order, keep the order number and watch your card or OmanNet statement. Support in Oman is through in-app live chat, and the email address customercare@talabat.com is also listed. Use chat for a late or incorrect order while it is still live, and email for anything you want on record, such as a refund that has not appeared.
Paying in Oman
talabat Oman accepts cash on delivery, OmanNet and other local debit cards, and American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara are not mentioned for Oman. Whether a fee is charged for paying cash is not published; any extra charge would show in the order summary.
Bank-card offers have been the main source of codes in Oman, but they have tended to run for set weeks. Several 2026 offers, including summer Visa promotions, have already ended, so a bank code that worked a month ago may not work today. Check your bank's current offers before relying on one. The only reported code on our list for Oman is a talabat mart offer of up to 20% on grocery deals, which does not apply to restaurant orders.
