Delivery and fees in the UAE

Returns and refunds in the UAE
You have 15 days from receipt to return an item on noon UAE, as long as the product is tagged as returnable and comes back in its original packaging. The tag is on the product page, so check it before you buy, especially for gifts.
Electronics need extra care. Once a device has been opened or its seal broken, noon only accepts it back for a manufacturing defect, so a change of mind after unboxing is not covered. If you are unsure about a phone or laptop, inspect the box on arrival but leave the seal intact until you have decided. Paying for noon orders in the UAE

Before you pay at noon in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Cash on delivery is available for AED 12. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
