Quick answer
Ounass codes are set per country. Right now we track 34 live offers across 6 countries; Saudi Arabia has the most (12). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.

|---|---|---|---|
| UAE | Up to 50% off selected designer styles | Store deal | 6 |

| Oman | APP10 · 10% off your first app order | Store offer | 3 |
Ounass sells luxury, and its discounts are modest by design. Most codes we track take 10% off, a few reach 15% or 20%, and nearly all are limited to full-price pieces. On a designer bag that is still real money, but only if the code is accepted at checkout.
This page brings together what Ounass's own country sites say about delivery, returns and payment in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, as read on 18 October 2026. Where a site gives no figure, we say it is not published instead of guessing. Each country page then covers local fees, return rules and the ways you can pay.

Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to.
How Ounass codes work
Ounass publishes one code-based offer that appears across its Gulf terms pages: 10% off a first order placed in the Ounass app. The Saudi, Kuwaiti, Qatari and Omani terms limit it to full-price items and to one use per customer. The Saudi and Kuwaiti pages add that it cannot be used alongside other offers, and the Saudi page also leaves out fine jewellery and selected brands. We did not see the Bahrain terms page, so treat the Bahrain version as reported rather than confirmed.
Everything else in our list is reported: codes that other coupon sites publish for Ounass, mostly at 10%, with a few at 15% and one at 20% in Saudi Arabia. Ounass does not publish these itself, and they are tracked country by country because a code listed for Riyadh may never have been listed for Doha. The remaining savings are delivery offers rather than codes, such as free delivery above SAR 500 in Saudi Arabia and from KWD 40 in Kuwait, which apply without typing anything.
Getting the most from a code at Ounass
Start with the basket. Because the official app discount and most reported codes are described for full-price items, a single marked-down piece can be enough to stop a code working, or leave it applying to fewer items than you expected. If you want both a sale item and a discount, split them into two orders. In Saudi Arabia, check the brand too: the terms there exclude fine jewellery and selected brands from the app discount.
The app discount is a one-off. It is limited to a first order and one use per customer, so spend it on the most expensive full-price piece you were going to buy anyway. Do not plan on stacking it: the Saudi and Kuwaiti terms say it cannot be combined with other offers. Delivery thresholds deserve a margin as well. Ounass does not say whether SAR 500 in Saudi Arabia or KWD 40 in Kuwait is measured before or after a discount, so aim a little above the line. In Kuwait that matters more than usual, because the original delivery charge is not refunded if you return the order.
Delivery and returns across the Gulf
Delivery terms differ more than the shared branding suggests. In the UAE, Ounass promises 2-hour delivery inside Dubai and describes delivery and returns as free under its terms, with no minimum or standard fee published. Saudi Arabia has the most detail: free delivery above SAR 500 on the shipping page, though some product pages mention SAR 800 or 1,000, and Riyadh options of 3-hour delivery at SAR 50 for smaller baskets, same-day delivery at SAR 35 and next day at SAR 25. Kuwait ships from a local warehouse in 2 hours, the same day or the following day; it is free from KWD 40 and otherwise costs KWD 2 to 4 depending on speed.
Qatar and Bahrain both take 2 to 6 days, and Oman 2 to 4 days with no deliveries on Fridays or Omani public holidays. In all three, Ounass pays the customs duties, and the Qatar and Bahrain sites advertise free delivery without publishing a minimum. Returns are free in every country where we have a figure. Saudi Arabia and Kuwait give 30 days from delivery; the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman pages we read do not publish a return window. Kuwait excludes beauty, underwear and earrings, and Oman cannot arrange a return for an item that has left the country.
Paying at Ounass, country by country
Saudi Arabia is the only Ounass market in our notes with cash on delivery. It costs an extra SAR 25, is capped at orders of SAR 7,500, and any refund on a cash order comes back as store credit rather than money. Saudi shoppers can also split payments with Tabby on orders up to SAR 6,500 or Tamara up to SAR 5,000, though neither covers pre-orders, and mada cards are accepted. Apple Pay is not mentioned on the Saudi pages we read.
Kuwait accepts KNET and does not offer cash on delivery. Qatar, Bahrain and Oman also have no cash on delivery, and the pages we read for those three do not list the other accepted methods, so check the payment step before you rely on a particular card. In the UAE, Apple Pay is offered for a quick checkout, while cash on delivery, Tabby and Tamara are not published. We have no bank-card offers on file for Ounass in any Gulf country at the moment, so a discount code is the main lever. If you may return something in Saudi Arabia, paying by card or mada keeps the refund as money.
When an Ounass code is rejected
The most common cause is the basket. If any item is already reduced, a full-price-only code can fail or skip that line, so remove sale pieces and try again. The second cause is the first-order app discount being used in the wrong place or by the wrong account: it is meant for a first order in the app, once per customer, so it will not work on the website, on a second order or on an account that has bought before. In Saudi Arabia, fine jewellery and selected brands are excluded, and the terms in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait rule out combining it with another offer.
Reported codes fail for simpler reasons. Ounass never published them, so they may have expired, been limited to one country's site or been tied to a campaign that ended. Check that you are on the right country site, because Ounass runs a separate store for each Gulf country. If a code still refuses, try another one listed for your country, or check out without a code if the free delivery threshold already gives you most of the saving. For a fault on Ounass's side, UAE customer care answers from 10 am to 10 pm every day, including on WhatsApp.
How to use a Ounass code
- Open the Ounass site or app for the country you live in, since each Gulf country has its own Ounass site.
- Fill your bag with full-price pieces: the codes listed for Ounass are nearly all described as excluding sale items.
- If you want the first-order app discount, sign up in the Ounass app and place that first order in the app, not on the website.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field and confirm that the order total drops before you pay.
- If nothing changes, take out sale items or any other offer already applied, then enter the code again.
Frequently asked questions
Which Gulf countries does Ounass serve online?
Ounass sells online in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.
Where are there the most Ounass codes right now?
Ounass codes are set per country. Right now we track 34 live offers across 6 countries; Saudi Arabia has the most (12). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.
Does Ounass have its own discount code?
Yes. Ounass's terms pages describe a 10% discount on a first order placed in the Ounass app. In the countries where we read the terms, it covers full-price items only and can be used once per customer. Every other percentage code you see for Ounass is published by coupon sites, not by the store, so it may or may not still work.
Do Ounass codes work on sale items?
Usually not. The official app discount is limited to full-price items in every terms page we read, and most reported codes carry the same description. If your basket mixes sale and full-price pieces, the code may be refused or may only reduce the full-price lines. Splitting the two into separate orders is the simplest way to find out what you will actually pay.
Can existing Ounass customers use a code?
Sometimes. The official app discount is for a first order only, so a returning customer cannot use it. Some reported codes, mainly in Saudi Arabia, are listed for both new and existing customers, but Ounass does not publish those codes itself. If you already have an account, try a reported code for your country and check the total before paying.
Can I combine an Ounass code with another offer?
No, not with the official one. The Saudi and Kuwaiti terms say the first-order app discount cannot be used together with other offers. Free delivery above the local threshold is not a code, so it can still apply to a discounted order, although Ounass does not say whether the threshold is checked before or after the discount.
Do I pay customs duties on an Ounass order?
Not in Qatar, Bahrain or Oman. In those three countries Ounass states that it covers duties and customs taxes, so the checkout total is what you pay. In Oman, ID documents may be requested for clearance. The UAE, Saudi and Kuwaiti pages we read do not mention duties, and Kuwait orders ship from a local warehouse.
Is cash on delivery available at Ounass?
Only in Saudi Arabia, as far as Ounass publishes. There it adds SAR 25, applies to orders up to SAR 7,500, and refunds on cash orders are issued as store credit. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman state that cash on delivery is not available. For the UAE, the information we read does not say either way.
Can I pay for Ounass with Tabby or Tamara?
Yes in Saudi Arabia, not published elsewhere. Saudi orders can be split with Tabby up to SAR 6,500 or with Tamara up to SAR 5,000, but pre-orders are excluded from both. The UAE, Kuwaiti, Qatari, Bahraini and Omani pages we read do not mention either service, so check the payment options at checkout before planning on instalments.
How do I contact Ounass customer service?
In the UAE, Ounass customer care works from 10 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, and can also be reached on WhatsApp. The pages we read for the other Gulf countries do not publish separate hours. If a code fails on Ounass's side or a refund is late, have your order number ready when you get in touch.
