How to use a Ounass code
- Open the Ounass site or app for the country you live in, since each Gulf country has its own Ounass site.
- Fill your bag with full-price pieces: the codes listed for Ounass are nearly all described as excluding sale items.
- If you want the first-order app discount, sign up in the Ounass app and place that first order in the app, not on the website.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field and confirm that the order total drops before you pay.
- If nothing changes, take out sale items or any other offer already applied, then enter the code again.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Dubai gets the fastest service Ounass offers anywhere: orders inside the city can arrive in 2 hours. The app listing describes delivery and returns in the UAE as free, subject to terms and conditions, and it does not state a minimum basket or a standard delivery fee. Delivery times for Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates are not given in the source we read.
Because the free delivery claim carries conditions that the listing does not spell out, look at the order summary before paying. If a delivery line appears there, that is the fee for your address and speed. Ounass also mentions premium gift packaging and a personal shopper at no charge, a service that can help you settle on one piece before you spend a once-only first-order discount on it.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
Returns in the UAE are listed as free, on the same terms-and-conditions basis as delivery. What the source we read does not publish is the return window, so the number of days you have is not something we can confirm for the UAE. The 30-day period quoted on the Saudi and Kuwaiti sites belongs to those countries and should not be assumed here.
Our suggestion is practical rather than official: before you use a first-order code on an expensive item, open the returns page on ounass.ae and note the deadline and any excluded categories. Keep the delivery packaging until you have decided. If a return or refund stalls, UAE customer care is available from 10 am to 10 pm every day, and WhatsApp is one of the channels, which is useful for sending photos of an item.
Paying for Ounass in the UAE
Apple Pay is offered in the UAE for a fast checkout, which suits app orders: you can apply the first-order app discount and confirm payment on the same screen. That is the one payment method the UAE source spells out.
Cash on delivery, any fee for it, Tabby and Tamara are not published for the UAE in what we read, so we cannot say whether they appear at checkout. If you need instalments or cash payment, check the payment step before committing a code, because a one-use discount is lost if you abandon and the code is marked as used. We have no UAE bank-card offers for Ounass on file, so the percentage code is the main discount available.

Before you pay at Ounass in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- At least one offer works only in the Ounass app. Install it and sign in before you build the basket.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Ounass in the UAE
- Need a gift today in Dubai? The 2-hour delivery window makes a same-day order realistic if you order early enough.
- Put sale pieces in a separate order, since the UAE codes we track are listed for full-price items.
- Use the free personal shopping service to narrow your choice before spending the once-only first-order app discount.
- Check the order summary for a delivery line, because free delivery in the UAE is conditional and has no stated minimum.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working Ounass promo code in the UAE today?
Ounass runs up to 50% off selected designer styles in the UAE without a code (last checked 26 Oct 2026). The strongest code is MM206: 15% off fashion and shoes (unverified, last checked 26 Oct 2026).
How many Ounass codes does Coupons Radar list for the UAE?
As of 26 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 6 live offers for Ounass in the UAE: 2 from the store itself and 4 listed on coupon sites. Ounass in the UAE: no published free-delivery minimum; no published return window. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date.
Do I pay for Ounass delivery in the UAE?
Usually not, under Ounass's terms. The Ounass app listing describes delivery and returns in the UAE as free under its terms and conditions, but it does not publish a minimum order or a standard fee. Check the order summary before you pay: if a delivery charge applies to your address or speed, it will show there.
How quickly can Ounass deliver in Dubai?
Within 2 hours. Ounass offers 2-hour delivery for addresses inside Dubai, which is the fastest service it lists anywhere in the Gulf. Timings for other emirates are not given in the source we read, so the delivery options at checkout are the place to confirm what applies outside Dubai.
How long do I have to return an Ounass order in the UAE?
Not published in the source we read. Returns are described as free under Ounass's terms, but the number of days is not stated there. Do not rely on the 30 days quoted for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Open the returns page on ounass.ae before ordering, especially if you are using a one-off code on an expensive piece.
Are Ounass returns free in the UAE?
Yes, under Ounass's terms. The same line that makes UAE delivery free covers returns, with conditions attached that the listing does not detail. Before sending something back, check which categories are excluded on the returns page, and contact customer care if the pickup or refund does not follow as expected.
Can I pay with Apple Pay at Ounass UAE?
Yes. Apple Pay is offered in the UAE for a quick checkout, and it works well with app orders where the first-order discount applies. It is the only payment method spelled out in the UAE source we read, so for anything else, look at the options shown on the payment step.
Can I pay cash on delivery or use Tabby at Ounass UAE?
Not published. The UAE source we read mentions Apple Pay but says nothing about cash on delivery, a cash fee, Tabby or Tamara. These options are published for Saudi Arabia, not for the UAE. Check the payment step before committing a one-use code, so you are not left with a used discount and no way to pay.
Is there an app-only Ounass code in the UAE?
Yes, reportedly. A 10% first-order discount for the Ounass app is listed for the UAE by a coupon site, and Ounass publishes the same offer in its own terms for other Gulf countries. Expect it to work only on a first order, in the app, on full-price items. Placing the same order on the website will not trigger it.
How can I contact Ounass customer care in the UAE?
From 10 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. Ounass UAE customer care keeps those hours every day, and WhatsApp is one of the ways to reach it, which is handy for sending a screenshot of a rejected code or photos of a return. Keep your order number ready to speed things up.
