How to use a Centrepoint code
- Open the Centrepoint site for your country and sign in, or create a new account if you plan to use a first-order code.
- Add your items; if the code is for Splash, keep to products from the Splash section.
- Go to the basket or checkout and type the code into the promo code box.

Delivery and fees in the UAE
Delivery is free on orders from AED 200, and AED 10 below that. If you also choose cash on delivery on a small order, the two charges add up to AED 20, which is a fair share of a basket worth AED 100 or so.
For speed, Centrepoint offers same-day delivery in parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for an extra AED 18, as long as the order goes in before 12pm. It is not offered everywhere in those emirates, and the help pages do not list the standard delivery time for the rest of the country. If you need something the same evening, check that your area qualifies before you rely on it.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
Clothing, shoes and most other items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Furniture is the exception and follows a different return policy, so read the terms on the product before ordering anything large from the home range.
The UAE pages we read do not say whether returns are free, how the item is collected or how long a refund takes. With a two-week window, it pays to try things on soon after the parcel arrives rather than leaving it for the weekend after next. If anything is unclear, the returns section of the UAE site is the place to check before you order.
Paying in the UAE
Cash on delivery is available but carries an AED 10 service charge, which is the clearest COD fee Centrepoint publishes anywhere in the Gulf. Paying online by card removes it.
Tabby is the instalment option here: 25% is taken when you order and the remainder is split into three equal monthly payments. On an AED 400 basket, that means AED 100 upfront and three further payments of AED 100. Tamara and Apple Pay are not mentioned on the UAE pages we read, so do not plan around them. If you prefer a card, that also avoids the COD charge.

Before you pay at Centrepoint in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 200; below that it costs AED 10. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for AED 10. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Centrepoint in the UAE
- New to Centrepoint? The 16% first-order code is worth more than the 11% general one; returning shoppers should use the general code.
- Using the Splash code? Keep the basket to Splash items, as the 20% does not reach other brands.
- Pay online instead of cash on delivery to save AED 10 on every order.
- Same-day delivery costs AED 18 extra and needs an order before 12pm in a covered part of Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman.

How many Centrepoint codes does Coupons Radar list for the UAE?
As of 18 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 4 live offers for Centrepoint in the UAE: 1 from the store itself and 3 listed on coupon sites. Centrepoint in the UAE: free delivery from AED 200; returns within 14 days. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date.
What is the free delivery minimum at Centrepoint UAE?
AED 200. Orders from that amount ship free, and smaller ones pay AED 10. Because Centrepoint sells several brands in one basket, it is usually easy to reach AED 200 by adding a basic item from Splash, Babyshop or Lifestyle rather than paying the fee on its own.
Does Centrepoint offer same-day delivery in the UAE?
Yes, in parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. You need to place the order before 12pm, and same-day service costs AED 18 on top of any standard delivery fee. Other emirates are not covered, and the help pages do not say how long standard delivery takes, so check your area at checkout.
How much is cash on delivery at Centrepoint UAE?
AED 10 per order. It is added on top of any delivery fee, so a small cash order under AED 200 pays AED 20 in charges. Paying by card or with Tabby avoids the COD fee entirely, which makes it the cheaper choice for most orders.
How does Tabby work at Centrepoint UAE?
A quarter of the total, 25%, is paid at checkout, and the remaining 75% follows in three equal monthly instalments. So an AED 300 order becomes AED 75 today and AED 75 in each of the next three months. Tabby also avoids the AED 10 COD charge.
Can I pay with Tamara or Apple Pay at Centrepoint UAE?
Not published. Neither Tamara nor Apple Pay appears on the Centrepoint UAE help pages we read on 18 Oct 2026. The options the pages do cover are Tabby and cash on delivery, and card payment is the way to avoid the AED 10 COD charge. Check the payment step at checkout for the current list.
What is the return window at Centrepoint UAE?
14 days from delivery. That covers clothing, shoes and other non-furniture items. Furniture has its own return policy, which you should read on the product page before ordering. Two weeks passes quickly, so try items soon after they arrive and start the return early if something does not fit.
Are returns free at Centrepoint UAE?
Not published. The UAE help pages give the 14-day window for non-furniture items but do not say whether returning them costs anything or how the parcel is collected. Before ordering an item you are unsure about, look at the returns section on the UAE site so the cost does not surprise you.
Does the Centrepoint Splash code work on the whole basket?
No. The Splash code reported for the UAE takes 20% off Splash products only. Items from other Centrepoint brands in the same basket stay at their normal price. If most of your basket is from other labels, the general 11% code may save you more overall.
