How to use a Centrepoint code
- Open the Centrepoint site for your country and sign in, or create a new account if you plan to use a first-order code.
- Add your items; if the code is for Splash, keep to products from the Splash section.
- Go to the basket or checkout and type the code into the promo code box.
- Check the discount line before paying, along with the delivery fee and any cash-on-delivery charge.
- Choose how to pay; where your country lists Shukran as a payment option, your points can go towards the order.
Delivery and fees in Oman
According to the newer Centrepoint help page, delivery in Oman is free from OMR 20, with OMR 2 charged below that. An older page says all orders ship free, which contradicts it. The safest assumption is the newer rule, and your basket will confirm it: if a fee line appears on a small order, the OMR 20 threshold is in force.
Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days, the longest of any Centrepoint market. Count back at least a week from any occasion, such as Eid outfits or the start of school, and remember that business days exclude weekends. No faster service is listed for Oman.
Returns and refunds in Oman
You can return anything except furniture for 14 days after it is delivered; furniture has its own policy. The good news for Oman's slower shipping is that the clock starts when the parcel arrives, not when you order, so a six-day delivery does not cost you any return time.
The Oman pages we read do not say whether returns are free, how items are collected or how long a refund takes. If a return also travels at Oman's delivery pace, a replacement could take a while, so decide on sizes quickly and start the return as early as you can if you need to reorder before a date.
Paying in Oman
Centrepoint Oman accepts OmanNet, so local debit cards work, along with credit cards and cash on delivery. No fee for cash on delivery is published. Two Landmark options appear as well, My Credit and Shukran, so any balance you hold with the group can be applied.
Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are not mentioned on the Oman pages we read, so instalments are not published here. Given the 4–6 day delivery, cash on delivery means waiting with cash ready for longer than in other markets; paying by OmanNet or card at checkout removes that.

Before you pay at Centrepoint in Oman
- Check that the site shows OMR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from OMR 20; below that it costs OMR 2. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Centrepoint in Oman
- With 4–6 business days in transit, order at least a week before Eid, a birthday or the first day of school.
- Look for a delivery line on orders under OMR 20; the newer help page charges OMR 2 there.
- Pay by OmanNet or card instead of cash, so you are not waiting a week with money ready for the courier.
- Check your Shukran and My Credit balances; both can go towards an Oman order.

How long does Centrepoint delivery take in Oman?

Does Centrepoint accept OmanNet?

Can I use Shukran points at Centrepoint Oman?
Yes. Shukran is on the Oman payment list, as is My Credit. The Oman pages we read do not set a minimum number of points for redemption, unlike Kuwait, where it starts at 250, so check the balance your account shows at the payment step.
Are there Centrepoint promo codes for Oman?

What is the return window at Centrepoint Oman?
14 days from delivery, for everything except furniture, which follows its own policy. The window starts when your parcel arrives, so the 4–6 day delivery does not shorten it. The Oman pages do not say whether returns are free or how long refunds take.
