How to use a Ounass code
- Open the Ounass site or app for the country you live in, since each Gulf country has its own Ounass site.
- Fill your bag with full-price pieces: the codes listed for Ounass are nearly all described as excluding sale items.
- If you want the first-order app discount, sign up in the Ounass app and place that first order in the app, not on the website.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field and confirm that the order total drops before you pay.
- If nothing changes, take out sale items or any other offer already applied, then enter the code again.
Delivery and fees in Oman
Ounass delivers to Oman in 2 to 4 days, the shortest cross-border window it quotes in the Gulf. Couriers run every day except Fridays and Omani public holidays, so an order placed on a Wednesday evening may not arrive until after the weekend. The Oman pages we read do not publish a free delivery threshold or a delivery fee, so check the delivery line on the order summary for the figure that applies to you.
Ounass pays the duties on Omani orders. The one catch is paperwork: identity documents may be requested to clear the parcel through customs. Keep your ID details to hand and answer any request quickly, because a delay at clearance is the most likely reason a 4-day delivery turns into a longer one.
Returns and refunds in Oman
Returns from Oman are cost-free, according to Ounass. There is one firm condition: the item has to be in Oman when the return is arranged. Ounass cannot collect a piece that is located outside the country, so if you take a new bag on a trip to Dubai and decide against it there, you will need to bring it back before starting the return.
The pages we read for Oman do not publish the number of days you have, a refund timeline or any excluded categories. Before spending the once-only first-order discount, read the returns section on oman.ounass.com, and keep the packaging until you are certain. If you are buying for someone abroad, ship it to them directly from their own country's Ounass site instead.
Paying for Ounass in Oman
Oman has no cash on delivery option, so an Ounass order is paid in full online at checkout. The Oman pages we read do not mention OmanNet, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara, and we have no Omani bank-card offers for Ounass on file, so we cannot point you to a cheaper way to pay.
The Omani terms do confirm how the app discount works: 10% off a first order in the Ounass app, on full-price items, once per customer. Because that is a single use, open the payment step and make sure your card or preferred method is accepted before applying it. The duties are already covered, so the amount you approve is the final cost, apart from any delivery fee shown.

Before you pay at Ounass in Oman
- Check that the site shows OMR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- At least one offer works only in the Ounass app. Install it and sign in before you build the basket.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Ounass in Oman
- Allow for the Friday gap: there are no deliveries that day, so a late-week order may not move until Saturday.
- Reply promptly if the courier asks for ID: clearance paperwork is the main thing that can slow an Omani order.
- Keep a new purchase in Oman until you are sure, because Ounass will not arrange a return from abroad.
- Place your first order in the Ounass app, where the Omani terms confirm the 10% first-order discount on full-price items.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working Ounass promo code in Oman today?
The strongest Ounass code in Oman right now is APP10: 10% off your first app order. Ounass publishes it itself, and we last checked it on 26 Oct 2026. Keep a second code from the list below in case it’s rejected.
How many Ounass codes does Coupons Radar list for Oman?
As of 26 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 3 live offers for Ounass in Oman: 2 from the store itself and 1 listed on coupon sites. Ounass in Oman: no published free-delivery minimum; no published return window. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date.
How long does Ounass take to deliver to Oman?
2 to 4 days. Ounass quotes that window for Omani orders, with deliveries running every day except Fridays and Omani public holidays. If customs asks for ID documents, clearance can add time, so for an occasion it is safer to order about a week ahead.
Does Ounass deliver on Fridays in Oman?
No. Deliveries in Oman run daily except on Fridays and Omani public holidays. An order placed late in the week can therefore sit until Saturday or later, especially around a holiday. Order early in the week if you need the parcel before the weekend.
Is Ounass delivery free in Oman?
Not published. The Oman pages we read give delivery times and confirm that duties are covered, but they do not state a free delivery threshold or a delivery fee. The order summary will show any charge for your address, so check it after applying a code and before paying.
Do I pay customs on Ounass orders in Oman?
No. Ounass covers the duties on orders to Oman. You may still be asked for identity documents so the parcel can be cleared, which is a paperwork step rather than a payment. Responding quickly keeps the delivery inside its 2 to 4 day window.
Are Ounass returns free in Oman?
Yes, if the item is still in Oman. Ounass describes returns as cost-free but will not arrange a return for an item located outside the country. If you travel with a purchase, bring it back to Oman before requesting the return. The return window itself is not published on the pages we read.
Is cash on delivery available at Ounass Oman?
No. Cash on delivery is not offered in Oman, so the order is paid online when you place it. The Oman pages we read do not list OmanNet, Tabby, Tamara or Apple Pay, so check the payment step before you enter a once-only code.
Does the Ounass app discount work on sale items in Oman?
No. The Omani terms limit the 10% first-order app discount to full-price items, once per customer. Sale pieces in the same basket will not be reduced and may stop the code applying. The reported 10% code for Oman is also listed for full-price items, so keep sale shopping for a separate order.
Can I return an Ounass item to Oman from another country?
No. Ounass states that it cannot arrange a return for an item located outside Oman. The collection has to happen inside the country, so a piece you take abroad must come back to Oman first. If you are buying for a relative elsewhere in the Gulf, order from their country's Ounass site instead.
