How to use a Ounass code
- Open the Ounass site or app for the country you live in, since each Gulf country has its own Ounass site.
- Fill your bag with full-price pieces: the codes listed for Ounass are nearly all described as excluding sale items.
- If you want the first-order app discount, sign up in the Ounass app and place that first order in the app, not on the website.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field and confirm that the order total drops before you pay.
- If nothing changes, take out sale items or any other offer already applied, then enter the code again.
Delivery and fees in Qatar
The Qatar site advertises free shipping, with the usual note that terms apply. It does not publish a minimum basket or a fee for orders that fall outside the offer, so the delivery line on your order summary is the only firm figure. Expect 2 to 6 days for the parcel to arrive: Qatari orders do not get the same-city speed that Dubai or Kuwait enjoy.
Customs is not your problem. Ounass states that it covers duties and customs taxes on Qatari orders, so nothing extra is collected at the door. The restriction to know about is product-based. Beauty items that are classed as dangerous goods cannot currently be delivered to Qatar, and the store does not list which ones they are on the pages we read, so look for a note on the product page before you build a beauty order around a code.
Returns and refunds in Qatar
Ounass's Qatar site promises easy returns, subject to terms, and returns are described as free. The number of days you have is not published on the pages we read for Qatar, and neither is a list of excluded categories. The 30-day window quoted for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait should not be taken as the Qatari rule.
Given that delivery itself can take up to six days, it is worth reading the returns page on ounass.qa before you order rather than after the parcel arrives. Keep the original packaging and the order confirmation until you have decided. If you used the first-order app discount, remember it was a one-off: returning the order does not give you a fresh first order, so choose the piece you are most sure about.
Paying for Ounass in Qatar
Qatar has no cash on delivery option, so every Ounass order there is paid before it ships. The Qatari pages we read do not go further than that: they do not list accepted cards, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara, and we have no Qatari bank offers for Ounass on file.
That leaves two practical points. First, check the payment step shows a method you can use before you type the first-order app discount, because that discount is limited to one use per customer. Second, since Ounass covers customs, the amount you authorise at checkout is the full cost of the order, with no duty bill arriving later. Your saving in Qatar therefore comes from the code and the free shipping offer, nothing else.

Before you pay at Ounass in Qatar
- Check that the site shows QAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- At least one offer works only in the Ounass app. Install it and sign in before you build the basket.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- There is no VAT in Qatar as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Ounass in Qatar
- Before adding perfume or other beauty products, look for a dangerous-goods note on the product page, as those items cannot reach Qatar.
- Allow up to six days for delivery and order about a week ahead of a birthday or Eid visit.
- Do not budget for customs on top of the basket: Ounass pays the duties on Qatari orders.
- With only two codes listed for Qatar, new customers should place the first order in the app, where the official discount applies.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working Ounass promo code in Qatar today?

Is Ounass shipping free in Qatar?
Yes, as advertised, subject to terms. The Qatar site promotes free shipping but does not publish a minimum order value or the fee charged when an order falls outside the offer. The delivery line on your order summary is the figure to trust, so check it after applying any code and before paying.
How long does Ounass take to deliver to Qatar?
2 to 6 days. Ounass gives a delivery window of between two and six days for Qatari orders, with no same-day or express option mentioned on the pages we read. For gifts and occasions, order at least a week ahead so a slower parcel still arrives in time.
Do I pay customs on Ounass orders in Qatar?
No. Ounass says it covers duties and customs taxes on orders to Qatar, so you will not be asked for an extra payment when the parcel is delivered. That makes the checkout total the final cost, which is useful when you are comparing a discounted Ounass price against a local boutique.
Can I order perfume or beauty products from Ounass in Qatar?
Only some. Ounass cannot currently send Qatar any beauty product that is treated as a dangerous good. The pages we read do not list which products fall into that group, so check the product page for a restriction before you order. If an item is blocked, remove it before applying a code so the discount lands on what can actually ship.
How long is the Ounass return window in Qatar?
Not published on the pages we read. The Qatar site describes returns as easy and free under its terms, but it does not state a number of days there. Do not assume the 30 days given for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Check the returns page on ounass.qa before ordering, especially for an expensive piece.
Are Ounass returns free in Qatar?
Yes, according to Ounass. Returns from Qatar are described as free, and the Qatar site advertises easy returns subject to terms. What is missing from the pages we read is the detail: the return window and any excluded categories. Read those terms before using your one-time first-order discount on an item you may not keep.
Is cash on delivery available at Ounass Qatar?
No. Cash on delivery is not available for Ounass orders in Qatar, so payment is taken at checkout. The Qatari pages we read do not list the other accepted methods, Tabby or Tamara, so open the payment step first and confirm it shows a method you can use.
Does the Ounass app discount work in Qatar?
Yes. The Qatar terms page lists the 10% first-order discount for the Ounass app, valid on full-price items and once per customer. It will not apply on the website or on a second order. If you have already bought from Ounass, the reported 10% code for Qatar is the other option, though Ounass does not publish it.
