How to use a Max Fashion code
- Fill your basket on the Max website or in the Max app, then open the basket.
- Paste the promo code into the coupon box before you move on to checkout, exactly as it is written.
- Read the order summary: full-price and reduced items can get different rates, so check each line.
- Pick your delivery option and payment method; cash on delivery adds a service charge in most Gulf countries, which changes the final total.
- Sign in with your Shukran account before paying if you want points on the order.
Delivery and fees in Qatar
Max Qatar charges QAR 20 for delivery until your basket reaches QAR 200, then delivers for free. Because Max is a value store, QAR 200 often means several items, and the QAR 20 fee can be larger than the discount a 10% code gives on a small order. On a QAR 150 basket, for example, a 10% code saves QAR 15 while the fee stays at QAR 20.
Orders take 2 to 3 business days. The pages we read did not mention a same-day service for Qatar. The practical approach is to combine purchases into one bigger order rather than several small ones, especially for school or seasonal shopping, so the threshold works for you.
Returns and refunds in Qatar
You can return Max Qatar items within 14 days of delivery. The help pages ask for the invoice and the original packaging, so do not throw either away until you have tried everything on.
Whether returns are free is not stated on the pages we read, and there is no mention of exchanges for Qatar either way. If a size is wrong, the safe assumption is that you will return the item and order again. Since cash on delivery carries no fee in Qatar, there is no cash charge to lose on a return, but the QAR 20 delivery fee on an order under QAR 200 is a separate cost whose refund treatment was not published.
Paying in Qatar
Qatar is the only Max market with no charge for cash on delivery. That makes paying the courier a reasonable choice here, particularly for a first order or for items you are not sure about, since you are not paying extra for the privilege.
Beyond cash, the Qatar help pages we read did not set out the accepted payment methods. Cards are not listed, and Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are not mentioned, so we mark them as not published rather than guess. Shukran is not mentioned for Qatar either. Check the payment step at checkout to see which options your account is offered before relying on any of them.

Before you pay at Max Fashion in Qatar
- Check that the site shows QAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from QAR 200; below that it costs QAR 20. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- There is no VAT in Qatar as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Max Fashion in Qatar
- Group your shopping into one order of QAR 200 or more, because the QAR 20 fee can outweigh a 10% code.
- Use cash on delivery for a first order if you prefer, since Max Qatar charges nothing extra for it.
- Pick the sale-item code type when most of your basket is already reduced.
- Keep the invoice with the parcel; the 14-day return needs it.

What do I need to spend for free delivery at Max Qatar?
QAR 200. Below that, each order pays QAR 20 for delivery, which is the highest threshold Max sets anywhere in the Gulf. On a smaller basket the fee can be bigger than what a 10% code saves, so it is often better to add items than to rely on a code.
Does Max Qatar charge for cash on delivery?
No. Max's Qatar help centre says cash on delivery carries no extra charge. That is different from the other five Gulf countries, where Max adds a service fee. You still pay the normal delivery fee if your order is under QAR 200.
How long does delivery take in Qatar?

Do Max codes for Qatar work on sale items?
One type does. The 10% code reported for Qatar excludes reduced items, while a second reported code gives 5% on sale stock with no minimum. Pick the one that matches most of your basket. Both are third-party reports, not codes published by Max Qatar.
Is there a first-order discount at Max Qatar?
Not that we found. The welcome code reported for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait is not listed for Qatar. New customers in Qatar can try the full-price or sale-item codes, which are listed for all shoppers, and can use free cash on delivery.
Can a code help me avoid the QAR 20 delivery fee?
No. None of the codes listed for Qatar waives delivery. The only way to remove the QAR 20 fee is to reach QAR 200. The pages do not say whether the threshold is measured before or after a discount, so check the delivery line once a code is applied.
