- Read the order summary: full-price and reduced items can get different rates, so check each line.

- Sign in with your Shukran account before paying if you want points on the order.
Delivery and fees in KSA
Orders below the free-delivery threshold pay SAR 18. The most recent Max Saudi help article sets that threshold at SAR 149, but an older page in the same help centre still says SAR 200. Until the two agree, the delivery line at checkout is the figure to trust.
Timing depends on the city. Shoppers in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam who order before 12pm are quoted 2 business days. Everywhere else in the Kingdom the estimate is 4 business days. If you are shopping for an occasion outside the three main cities, allow for the extra time. Click and Collect is another option, but it has to be paid for in advance.
Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia
Max Saudi Arabia accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. The help pages ask for the items in their original packaging together with the invoice, so keep both until you are sure you are keeping the order.
The pages we read do not say whether returns are free, so we list that as not published. They also do not set out whether the SAR 9 cash fee or the SAR 18 delivery fee comes back with a refund. If you paid in cash and plan to return part of an order, ask customer service before sending it, so you know what will be credited. Paying by card upfront avoids the question entirely.
Paying in Saudi Arabia
Max accepts Saudi-issued and international cards, PayPal and Shukran points. The help pages refer to Saudi cards in general and do not name mada separately. Tabby is available with two options: pay later on orders between SAR 50 and SAR 1,000, or split a purchase of SAR 50 to SAR 5,000 into instalments.
Cash on delivery adds SAR 9, the highest cash charge Max applies in the Gulf. On a SAR 90 order that fee is the same size as a 10% code, so the saving disappears if you pay in cash. Click and Collect orders cannot be paid in cash at all. Tamara and Apple Pay are not mentioned on the Saudi pages we read.

Before you pay at Max Fashion in Saudi Arabia
- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 149; below that it costs SAR 18. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for SAR 9. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Max Fashion in Saudi Arabia
- Look at the delivery line before paying, because Max's Saudi help pages give two different free-delivery thresholds.
- Living in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam? Ordering before 12pm puts you in the 2-business-day window.
- Use Tabby's pay-later option for orders up to SAR 1,000 instead of cash, which adds SAR 9.
- Prepay if you pick Click and Collect, since cash is not accepted for collection orders.

How fast does Max deliver in Saudi Arabia?
2 business days in the main cities. Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam orders placed before 12pm are quoted at 2 business days. Elsewhere in the Kingdom, the estimate is 4 business days. If you order after noon in those cities, the pages do not give a separate estimate.
What does cash on delivery cost at Max KSA?
SAR 9 per order. It is the highest cash-on-delivery charge among Max's six Gulf stores. It is not offered at all for Click and Collect orders, which must be prepaid. Cards, PayPal and Tabby all avoid the fee.

Yes. You can pay later on orders from SAR 50 to SAR 1,000, or split purchases from SAR 50 to SAR 5,000 into instalments. Orders under SAR 50 fall outside both Tabby options. Tamara is not mentioned on Max's Saudi help pages.
Can I pay with mada at Max Saudi Arabia?
Not stated by name. Max's Saudi help pages say Saudi and international cards are accepted, but they do not mention mada specifically. Try your mada card at checkout; if it is not accepted, PayPal, Tabby or a credit card are the listed alternatives.
How long is the return period at Max Saudi Arabia?

Is there a first-order code for Max in Saudi Arabia?
Yes, reportedly. A welcome code described as up to 15% off is listed for new customers on their first order. It comes from a third-party listing rather than from Max. If your phone number or email has ordered before, try one of the codes listed for all shoppers instead.
Will a Max code work on reduced items in KSA?
Only some codes. The full-price code excludes sale items, while a separate code gives 5% on reduced stock. A combined code applies 10% or 5% depending on each item. One Saudi listing claims 10% across everything, but that conflicts with the others, so check the summary line by line.
