How to use a H&M code
- Shop on your country's H&M site (sa.hm.com, ae.hm.com or kw.hm.com) or in the H&M MENA app.
- Decide whether the basket is full-price or sale, because several codes listed for H&M only cover non-discounted items.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field before choosing payment.
- Read the order summary: some codes are listed at different rates on different pages, so the summary shows what you actually get.
- Check the delivery line too; if you are just under the free delivery amount, adding an item may save more than the code.
Delivery and fees in KSA
sa.hm.com charges SAR 19 for standard home delivery and waives it once the order goes above SAR 199. Those two figures come from H&M's Saudi delivery information page, as shown in search snippets. Delivery times and any express option are not published in what we read.
The fee changes how you should think about codes. A 5% code on a SAR 180 basket saves SAR 9, half the delivery charge you would avoid by adding a SAR 20 item and passing SAR 199. So build the basket first, cross the threshold if you are close, and only then add a code. The H&M MENA app covers Saudi Arabia for order tracking and a wish list, which helps if you are collecting items over a few days until the basket is big enough.
Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia
You have 14 days to return an H&M online order in Saudi Arabia, and you can do it either online or in any H&M store in the Kingdom. Taking the parcel to a store lets you skip arranging a courier pickup, and it suits anyone who lives near a mall with an H&M branch.
The delivery fee is treated separately. If you paid SAR 19 for delivery, H&M only refunds it when the item arrives faulty or damaged, or turns out to be the wrong item. A change of mind or a size that does not fit leaves the fee with H&M. The pages we read do not say whether online returns carry a charge of their own, or how long the refund takes. Fourteen days is short compared with many fashion stores, so try items on as soon as they arrive.
Paying for H&M in Saudi Arabia
H&M's Saudi terms of sale list two ways to pay: cards and cash on delivery. The snippets we read do not name the card networks, so whether mada is accepted is not confirmed there, and they do not give a fee for cash on delivery. Look at the order summary after choosing cash to see whether anything is added.
Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara are not mentioned in our Saudi notes, and we have no Saudi bank-card offers for H&M on file. That leaves the code and the SAR 199 threshold as your levers. One practical point about cash orders: because the delivery fee is only refunded for faulty, damaged or wrong items, paying cash on a small order and then returning part of it can leave you SAR 19 out of pocket.

Before you pay at H&M in Saudi Arabia
- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 199; below that it costs SAR 19. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at H&M in Saudi Arabia
- Close to SAR 199? Adding one cheap item usually beats a 5% code, because it removes the SAR 19 fee.
- Use an H&M store for returns if one is nearby; it is accepted for online orders within 14 days.
- Skip first-order codes if you have shopped on sa.hm.com before, as they are listed for new customers only.
- Turn on offer alerts in the H&M MENA app, since H&M does not publish its own codes on the Saudi site.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working H&M promo code in Saudi Arabia today?
H&M runs free delivery over SAR 199 in Saudi Arabia without a code (last checked 18 Oct 2026). The strongest code is A397: 10% off full-price items (unverified, last checked 18 Oct 2026).
How many H&M codes does Coupons Radar list for Saudi Arabia?
As of 25 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 8 live offers for H&M in Saudi Arabia: 1 from the store itself and 7 listed on coupon sites. H&M in Saudi Arabia: free delivery from SAR 199; returns within 14 days. 1 more failed in our tests and are marked "Not working".
What does H&M charge for delivery in Saudi Arabia?
SAR 19, or nothing above SAR 199. Standard home delivery on sa.hm.com costs SAR 19, and orders over SAR 199 ship free. On a small basket the fee is larger than a 5% discount, so adding an item to cross SAR 199 is often the better saving.
How long do I have to return an H&M order in Saudi Arabia?
14 days. Saudi customers can return an online order within 14 days, either online or in any H&M store. That is a short window, so try everything on soon after delivery. The pages we read do not say how long the refund takes to arrive.
Can I return an H&M online order to a store in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Online purchases can be returned at any H&M store in Saudi Arabia within 14 days, as well as through the online returns process. A store return avoids waiting for a courier. Bring the order details with you so the store can match the items to your online purchase.
Is the delivery fee refunded on an H&M return in Saudi Arabia?
Only for faulty, damaged or wrong items. If you return something because it does not fit or you changed your mind, the SAR 19 delivery fee is not refunded. If the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered, the fee comes back with the item price.
Can I pay cash on delivery at H&M Saudi Arabia?
Yes. H&M's Saudi terms of sale list cash on delivery alongside card payment. A cash-on-delivery fee is not published in what we read, so check the order summary after selecting it. Cash is convenient, but card payment may be simpler if you expect to return part of the order.
Can I use Tabby, Tamara or mada at H&M Saudi Arabia?
Not confirmed. The Saudi terms we read mention cards and cash on delivery without naming card networks or instalment providers. Tabby, Tamara and mada may or may not appear at checkout. Open the payment step before applying a code to see what is on offer.
Is there an H&M first-order code in Saudi Arabia?
Reportedly, yes. Coupon sites list first-order codes of 10% for new customers in Saudi Arabia, one of them limited to full-price items. H&M does not publish these itself. If you are new, try one on a full-price basket and check the discount in the order summary before paying.
Why did my H&M code fail in Saudi Arabia?
Usually because it has lapsed or does not match the basket. Several Saudi listings were last seen in early September 2026, and a code widely shared on other sites failed when we tested it on 25 October 2026. Full-price codes also ignore sale items, and first-order codes reject existing accounts.
