H&M promo codes across the Gulf

Reviewed by Huda SalehUpdated

Quick answer

H&M codes are set per country. Right now we track 18 live offers across 3 countries; Saudi Arabia has the most (8). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.

H&M discounts in the Gulf are small and changeable. The codes we track are all reported by coupon sites rather than published by H&M, most sit at 5% or 10%, and the same code is sometimes quoted at different rates on the same page. That makes the free delivery threshold, which H&M does publish, the most dependable saving.

This page compares what H&M's own help pages for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait state about delivery fees, returns and payment, as read on 18 October 2026. The figures come from search snippets of those official pages, so we say where a detail is not published, and each country page goes into local rules.

How H&M codes work

H&M does not publish percentage codes for its Gulf stores in the pages we read. Its official offers are free delivery thresholds: above SAR 199 in Saudi Arabia, above AED 149 in the UAE and above KWD 15.990 in Kuwait. Every percentage code in our list comes from coupon sites, and they fall into a few types: 5% codes for all items, 10% codes for full-price items, first-order codes for new customers in Saudi Arabia, and small extras on sale styles.

Two things make these codes less predictable than they look. First, the listings are inconsistent: one UAE code is quoted at anything from 10% to 20% on the same page, and two Saudi codes appear as 5% in one spot and 10% in another. Second, codes travel. One 5% code is posted for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and Qatar at once, but a single code working in all those stores is far from certain. When we tested a code shared on other sites on 25 October 2026, it failed in all three countries. The H&M MENA app is the place H&M itself uses for offer alerts.

Getting the most from a code at H&M

Do the delivery sums before the code sums. Standard delivery costs SAR 19 in Saudi Arabia, AED 19 in the UAE and KWD 1.900 in Kuwait. A 5% code on a SAR 150 basket saves SAR 7.50, well under the delivery fee you would avoid by adding one more item to pass SAR 199. The same logic applies in Kuwait, where one listed 5% code is also capped at KWD 5. Whether the threshold is measured before or after the code is not published, so leave a little headroom.

Then match the code to the basket. If you are buying full-price pieces, a 10% full-price code is the one to try first. If the basket is mostly sale items, those codes will skip them, and only a code listed as covering sale styles or all items stands a chance. First-order codes in Saudi Arabia are listed for new customers on full-price items, so they are not worth trying on an established account. Finally, trust the order summary rather than the listing: when a code is quoted at several rates, the summary is where you see the real one.

Delivery and returns across the Gulf

The three stores share a structure but not the numbers. Saudi Arabia charges SAR 19 for standard delivery and drops it above SAR 199. The UAE charges AED 19 and drops it above AED 149 on the delivery page, although some product pages show AED 99, so the checkout is where you find out which applies. Kuwait charges KWD 1.900 and makes delivery free above KWD 15.990. The UAE and Kuwait also offer click and collect as an alternative to home delivery, which in Kuwait is set up through the H&M MENA app; any fee for it is not published in our notes.

Returns are where the rules really differ. Saudi Arabia and the UAE both give 14 days and accept returns online or in an H&M store. In Saudi Arabia, the delivery fee is refunded only if the item arrives faulty or damaged, or turns out to be the wrong item. In the UAE, the original delivery fee comes back if you return the entire order, and items from Monki, & Other Stories and Nike can only be returned online, not in a store. Kuwait accepts returns online or in its stores, but the return window is not published in what we read. Whether returns are free of charge is not stated for any of the three.

Paying at H&M, country by country

Cash on delivery is the clearest difference. H&M's terms of sale list it in Saudi Arabia alongside cards, and the UAE payment options include it alongside Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. In Kuwait, the payment page lists Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay only, and our notes do not confirm cash on delivery there. No store publishes a cash-on-delivery fee in what we read, so look at the order summary after choosing it.

Apple Pay is listed for the UAE and Kuwait; it is not mentioned in the Saudi snippets we hold. KNET is not among the methods on the Kuwait payment page, and mada is not named in the Saudi notes, which only say cards. Instalments are the open question. The UAE site has a buy-now-pay-later page, but the snippets we read do not say which providers it covers, and nothing in our notes confirms Tabby or Tamara for Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Kuwait. Check the payment step rather than assuming they are there. We have no bank-card offers for H&M on file in any of the three countries, so the delivery threshold and a code are the savings to work with.

When an H&M code is rejected

With H&M, a rejected code is common, and usually not your fault. The codes in circulation are not published by H&M, several were last seen weeks ago, and one shared widely on other sites failed every test we ran on 25 October 2026 in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. A code posted for several countries at once may only ever have worked in one of them.

If the code is accepted but the discount looks wrong, check the basket. The 10% codes are listed for full-price items, so any reduced piece will not be discounted, and a basket that is all sale may get nothing. First-order codes in Saudi Arabia need a new customer. Where a listing gives two or three different rates for one code, only the order summary tells you which one H&M applies. What to try next: remove sale items and apply the code again, try a different code listed for your country, or drop the code and simply cross the free delivery amount, which on a small basket is often worth more. If the order summary shows a charge you did not expect, contact H&M customer service through your country site before paying.

How to use a H&M code

  1. Shop on your country's H&M site (sa.hm.com, ae.hm.com or kw.hm.com) or in the H&M MENA app.
  2. Decide whether the basket is full-price or sale, because several codes listed for H&M only cover non-discounted items.
  3. At checkout, type the code into the discount code field before choosing payment.
  4. Read the order summary: some codes are listed at different rates on different pages, so the summary shows what you actually get.
  5. Check the delivery line too; if you are just under the free delivery amount, adding an item may save more than the code.

Frequently asked questions

Which Gulf countries does H&M serve online?

H&M sells online in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.

Where are there the most H&M codes right now?

H&M codes are set per country. Right now we track 18 live offers across 3 countries; Saudi Arabia has the most (8). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.

Does H&M publish its own discount codes in the Gulf?

No, not in the pages we read. H&M's official savings for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait are free delivery thresholds. All the percentage codes we track come from coupon sites, mostly at 5% or 10%. H&M uses its MENA app to send offer alerts, so that is the place to watch for promotions it runs itself.

How much do I need to spend for free H&M delivery?

SAR 199, AED 149 and KWD 15.990. Orders above those amounts ship free in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. Below them, standard delivery is SAR 19, AED 19 or KWD 1.900. In the UAE some product pages show AED 99 instead of AED 149, so check the delivery line at checkout.

Do H&M codes work on sale items?

Mostly not. The 10% codes we track are listed for full-price, non-discounted items, and they will skip anything already reduced. A few listings in Saudi Arabia mention an extra discount on selected sale styles, or a 5% code that includes sale items, but those were last seen in early September 2026 and may no longer work.

Can existing H&M customers use a code?

Yes, most codes are not limited to new customers. The 5% and 10% codes in our list are posted for all shoppers. The exceptions are first-order codes in Saudi Arabia, which are listed for new customers on full-price items. If you already have an account, skip those and try a general code for your country.

How long do I have to return an H&M online order?

14 days in Saudi Arabia and the UAE; not published for Kuwait. In both Saudi Arabia and the UAE you can return online or in an H&M store within 14 days. Kuwait also takes returns online or in stores, but the snippets we read do not give the window, so check the Kuwait returns page before you buy.

Is the H&M delivery fee refunded when I return something?

Only in certain cases. In Saudi Arabia, the delivery fee is refunded if the item arrives faulty or damaged, or turns out to be the wrong item. In the UAE, sending back the entire order brings the fee back, but a partial return does not. Kuwait's rule is not published in our notes. Crossing the free delivery threshold avoids the question.

Can I pay cash on delivery at H&M?

In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, yes. Cash on delivery is listed in the Saudi terms of sale and among the UAE payment options. The Kuwait payment page lists Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, so cash on delivery is not confirmed there. None of the three stores publishes a cash-on-delivery fee in what we read.

Can I use Tabby or Tamara at H&M?

Not confirmed. The UAE site has a buy-now-pay-later page, but the snippets we read do not name the provider, and our notes for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait do not mention Tabby or Tamara at all. If you want to pay in instalments, open the payment step before applying a code and see which options appear.
