How to use a H&M code
- Shop on your country's H&M site (sa.hm.com, ae.hm.com or kw.hm.com) or in the H&M MENA app.
- Decide whether the basket is full-price or sale, because several codes listed for H&M only cover non-discounted items.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field before choosing payment.
- Read the order summary: some codes are listed at different rates on different pages, so the summary shows what you actually get.
- Check the delivery line too; if you are just under the free delivery amount, adding an item may save more than the code.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
kw.hm.com charges KWD 1.900 for standard delivery. The fee falls away on orders above KWD 15.990, a level that one or two items can reach. The page says above, so a basket at exactly KWD 15.990 may still be charged; confirm on the order summary.
The arithmetic favours the threshold. A 5% code on a KWD 15 basket saves KWD 0.750, well under the KWD 1.900 you avoid by adding a small item to pass KWD 15.990. In Kuwait, the H&M MENA app lets you pick home delivery or click and collect, and our notes do not give a fee for collection, so it is worth comparing at checkout. Delivery times are not published in the snippets we read.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
H&M's Kuwait returns and refunds page says online orders can be returned online or at H&M stores in Kuwait. That is the extent of what the snippets we read confirm. The number of days you have, whether returns cost anything and whether the KWD 1.900 delivery fee is refunded are not published there.
Do not assume the Saudi or UAE rules apply. Both of those stores give 14 days, but they treat the delivery fee differently from each other, which shows the rules are set per country. Until you have checked the Kuwait returns page, the safe approach is to try items on the day they arrive, keep tags attached and the receipt or order email at hand, and use a store return if you live near an H&M branch.
Paying for H&M in Kuwait
The Kuwait payment page lists Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. KNET is not among them, so plan your payment before you reach checkout. If KNET is what you normally use, Apple Pay with a supported card or a Visa or Mastercard credit card is the way to pay.
Our notes do not confirm cash on delivery for Kuwait, and Tabby and Tamara are not mentioned either. We have no Kuwaiti bank-card offers for H&M on file. With codes mostly at 5% and one capped at KWD 5, the savings here are modest, so the free delivery threshold of KWD 15.990 does much of the work. Check the payment step shows a method you can use before applying a code.

Before you pay at H&M in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from KWD 15.990; below that it costs KWD 1.900. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at H&M in Kuwait
- Below KWD 15.990, add a small item rather than rely on a 5% code; the KWD 1.900 fee is bigger.
- If your basket lands exactly on KWD 15.990, check the summary, as free delivery is for orders above that amount.
- Pay with Apple Pay or a Visa or Mastercard card, because KNET is not on the Kuwait payment page.
- Remember the KWD 5 cap on one of the 5% codes when buying a large order.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working H&M promo code in Kuwait today?
H&M runs free delivery over KWD 15.990 in Kuwait without a code (last checked 18 Oct 2026). The strongest code is A397: 10% off full-price items (unverified, last checked 18 Oct 2026).
How many H&M codes does Coupons Radar list for Kuwait?
As of 25 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 5 live offers for H&M in Kuwait: 1 from the store itself and 4 listed on coupon sites. H&M in Kuwait: free delivery from KWD 15.990; no published return window. 1 more failed in our tests and are marked "Not working".
What does H&M charge for delivery in Kuwait?
KWD 1.900, or free above KWD 15.990. Standard delivery on kw.hm.com costs KWD 1.900, and orders over KWD 15.990 ship free. On most small baskets, crossing the threshold saves more than a 5% code would, so add an item if you are close.
Is an order of exactly KWD 15.990 delivered free?
Possibly not. The Kuwait delivery page offers free delivery on orders above KWD 15.990, so a basket at exactly that amount may still be charged KWD 1.900. Check the delivery line on the order summary, and add a low-cost item if the fee is still showing.
Can I return an H&M online order to a store in Kuwait?
Yes. H&M's Kuwait returns page says online orders can be returned online or at H&M stores. The return window is not published in the snippets we read, so check the returns page before you buy and return promptly. Bring your order details to the store.
How long is the H&M return window in Kuwait?
Not published in what we read. The Kuwait returns page confirms that online and in-store returns are possible, but the snippets do not give a number of days. Saudi Arabia and the UAE both allow 14 days, though that should not be assumed for Kuwait. Read the page on kw.hm.com before ordering.
Can I pay with KNET at H&M Kuwait?
Not according to the payment page. It lists Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, and KNET is not among them. If you only have a KNET debit card, check whether it can be used through Apple Pay, or use a Visa or Mastercard credit card instead.
Is cash on delivery available at H&M Kuwait?
Not confirmed. The Kuwait payment page we read lists Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, without cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is published for H&M in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, not Kuwait. Check the payment step at checkout if you were hoping to pay in cash.
Can I collect an H&M order in store in Kuwait?
Yes. Kuwaiti shoppers can choose click and collect in the H&M MENA app instead of home delivery. Our notes do not give a fee or timing for collection, so compare it with the KWD 1.900 home delivery charge at checkout if your order is below KWD 15.990.
Why did my H&M code not work in Kuwait?
Most likely it has expired or does not fit the basket. H&M does not publish the codes listed for Kuwait, and a code shared widely on other sites failed when we tested it on 25 October 2026. The 10% code is listed for full-price items only, and one 5% code stops at KWD 5.
