Kuwait has two kinds of AIVI codes on coupon sites: the 20% new-user code also seen in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and an 11% code that its listing says covers sale items with no minimum. Free delivery starts at a low KWD 10, so the cost to watch is the KWD 2.750 cash on delivery fee.

How to use a AIVI code
- Open the AIVI app or aivi.com, which replaced 6thStreet, and select your country, since fees and listed codes differ by country.
- Sign in to your account; codes listed for new users only make sense on an account with no earlier orders.
- Add your items, go to checkout and type the code into the coupon or promo code box, then apply it.
- Check that the total after the discount still clears your country's free-delivery threshold, or a delivery fee will be added.
- Choose an online payment method if you can, because cash on delivery adds a service fee in every AIVI country.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
AIVI delivers free in Kuwait from KWD 10, one of the lower thresholds in its Gulf network, and charges KWD 2 on smaller orders. Delivery takes 5 to 7 days according to the shipping summary.
The low threshold means a code rarely pushes a basket into fee territory, but it can happen at the edge. A KWD 12 basket with a 20% new-user code drops to KWD 9.600, under the KWD 10 line, and would then pick up the KWD 2 fee, more than the code saved. Checking the total after the discount avoids that. The larger cost in Kuwait is cash on delivery at KWD 2.750, which is higher than the delivery fee itself. Express or same-day options are not described for Kuwait in the facts we read.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
Kuwaiti orders can be returned or exchanged free of charge within 14 days, provided the items have not been used. That covers both a full return and swapping a size.
How long the money takes depends on how you paid. Refunds to a card go back to the original card and take 5 to 7 working days, per the Kuwaiti facts. If you paid cash on delivery, the refund is not handed back in cash; the Kuwaiti notes say it comes back as AIVI Wallet credit, which you can only spend at AIVI. If you would rather have the money back on a card, paying by card at the start is the way to get that, and it also saves the KWD 2.750 cash fee.
Paying in Kuwait
Cash on delivery is available in Kuwait for a KWD 2.750 service fee. On a KWD 25 basket, the reported 11% code saves KWD 2.750, so paying cash would give back the entire discount. Card payment is confirmed indirectly, because the Kuwaiti facts describe refunds to the original card.
KNET, the local debit network, is not named in the AIVI facts we hold for Kuwait, and nor are Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara. Those methods are listed for the UAE, but the Kuwait site may differ, so look at the payment step before you choose. If cash is your only option, keeping the basket above KWD 10 at least removes the delivery fee from the bill.

Before you pay at AIVI in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from KWD 10; below that it costs KWD 2. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for KWD 2.750. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at AIVI in Kuwait
- Check the total after applying a code: if it falls below KWD 10, the KWD 2 delivery fee can cost more than the discount.
- Paying by card avoids the KWD 2.750 cash fee and means any refund goes back to that card.
- If you shop mostly from the sale, the reported 11% code is the one whose listing says it covers reduced items.
- Treat a cash on delivery order as store credit if you return it, since the refund lands in the AIVI Wallet.

What is the free delivery minimum at AIVI Kuwait?
KWD 10. Orders below that pay KWD 2 for delivery, which takes 5 to 7 days. Because the line is low, most baskets clear it easily, but a code can still pull a small one under. A KWD 12 order with 20% off becomes KWD 9.600, so the fee would come back.
How much is cash on delivery at AIVI Kuwait?
KWD 2.750 per order. That is more than the KWD 2 delivery fee and equals what an 11% code saves on a KWD 25 basket. A refund on a cash order also comes back as AIVI Wallet credit rather than cash, so paying by card is usually cheaper and more flexible.
How long does AIVI delivery take in Kuwait?
5 to 7 days. That is the estimate in AIVI's shipping summary for Kuwait. The facts we read do not describe an express or same-day option for Kuwait; the 60-minute service is described for the UAE only. If timing matters, order with at least a week to spare.

Is there an AIVI code for new users in Kuwait?
Yes, as a reported code. Coupon sites list a 20% code for new users at AIVI Kuwait. AIVI does not publish it, so its terms are unconfirmed, and it is meant for an account with no earlier orders. Coupons Radar shows its current status in the code list on this page.
Does an AIVI code work on sale items in Kuwait?
One listing says yes. A Kuwaiti coupon site describes an 11% AIVI code as open to all shoppers, with no minimum, and valid on sale items. AIVI itself does not publish code terms, so this is the listing's claim rather than a store rule. For other codes, sale-item rules are not published.
Can I pay with KNET at AIVI Kuwait?
Not published. The Kuwaiti facts we hold confirm cash on delivery and describe refunds to cards, but they do not name KNET, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara. KNET may well appear at checkout; we could not confirm it from the pages read on 18 October 2026, so check the payment step.
What happens to my refund if I paid cash at AIVI Kuwait?
It comes back as AIVI Wallet credit. The Kuwaiti notes say returns on cash orders are refunded to the wallet rather than paid out in cash. You can use the credit on your next AIVI order. If you want money back on a card instead, you need to pay by card when you order.
