How to use a AIVI code
- Open the AIVI app or aivi.com, which replaced 6thStreet, and select your country, since fees and listed codes differ by country.
- Sign in to your account; codes listed for new users only make sense on an account with no earlier orders.
- Add your items, go to checkout and type the code into the coupon or promo code box, then apply it.
- Check that the total after the discount still clears your country's free-delivery threshold, or a delivery fee will be added.
- Choose an online payment method if you can, because cash on delivery adds a service fee in every AIVI country.
Delivery and fees in Bahrain
AIVI delivers free in Bahrain on orders from BHD 12. Below that the delivery fee is BHD 2, and the shipping summary gives 5 to 7 days for an order to arrive. The facts we read describe no express or same-day service for Bahrain.
A BHD 10 basket is a good example of how the fees stack. Paid online, it costs BHD 12 including delivery. Paid in cash, the BHD 3.500 service fee brings it to BHD 15.500, more than half as much again as the items themselves. Adding BHD 2 of shopping to reach the threshold removes the delivery fee entirely, while switching to an online payment removes the larger charge. Both together leave you paying only for what is in the basket.
Returns and refunds in Bahrain
Bahrain orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, at no charge for eligible items. AIVI treats unused items as eligible, so keep the tags on until you have decided.
Refunds on cash orders are quick but not in cash. The Bahraini facts say that when an order paid on delivery is returned, the money is added to your AIVI Wallet within one day. That credit can go towards your next AIVI order, but it stays with the store. The Bahraini facts do not give a timeline for card refunds. If you think you may return part of an order and want the money back outside AIVI, paying online at the start is the safer route.
Paying in Bahrain
Cash on delivery is confirmed in Bahrain with a BHD 3.500 service fee, one and three-quarter times the delivery fee. With no Bahrain codes listed, avoiding that fee is the largest saving available on a typical order.
The online methods offered in Bahrain are not spelled out in the facts we hold. BENEFIT, the local debit network, is not named, and neither are Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara or cards for Bahrain. AIVI lists several of these for the UAE, but each country site can differ. Look at the payment step before you place the order. If cash turns out to be the only practical option for you, reaching BHD 12 keeps the bill down to the cash fee alone.

Before you pay at AIVI in Bahrain
- Check that the site shows BHD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from BHD 12; below that it costs BHD 2. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for BHD 3.500. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 10% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at AIVI in Bahrain
- On a small basket, paying online saves BHD 3.500, which is more than the delivery fee you would save by spending more.
- Top a BHD 10 or BHD 11 basket up to BHD 12 to remove the BHD 2 delivery charge.
- If you pay cash and return something, the refund arrives within a day but only as AIVI Wallet credit.
- With no Bahrain-specific codes listed, check this page again before a big order rather than relying on codes from other countries.
