How to use a Max Fashion code
- Fill your basket on the Max website or in the Max app, then open the basket.
- Paste the promo code into the coupon box before you move on to checkout, exactly as it is written.
- Read the order summary: full-price and reduced items can get different rates, so check each line.

- Sign in with your Shukran account before paying if you want points on the order.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
Delivery is free once your order reaches KWD 20. Below that, Max charges KWD 2. Relative to typical Max prices, KWD 20 is a reachable target for a family order, and the fee is small enough that a single top-up item usually covers the difference.
Orders are quoted at 2 to 3 business days across Kuwait. The help pages we read do not mention a same-day or express service for Kuwait, so plan purchases for events a few days ahead. If you combine a promo code with a basket near KWD 20, check the delivery line after the discount, since the threshold is the point where the KWD 2 either appears or drops away.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
This is the one Max market where we could not find a return window. The Kuwait help pages we read on 18 October 2026 did not give a number of days, and they did not say whether returns are free. Both are therefore listed as not published.
What the pages do cover is the cash-on-delivery charge. The KWD 0.500 fee is refunded only when the whole order is returned because Max sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. If you return part of an order, or send something back simply because it does not suit you, expect that charge to stay with Max. Before you buy something you may need to return, ask customer service how long you have, and keep the original packaging and invoice to be safe.
Paying in Kuwait
KNET is accepted, which is the easiest prepaid option for most Kuwait residents. Visa and Mastercard work too, and Max also lists My Credit as a payment method. Cash on delivery is available with a KWD 0.500 service charge.
Shukran points can be used for payment in Kuwait, but the minimum to redeem is 250 points, higher than the 200 needed in the UAE. Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are not mentioned on the Kuwait pages we read, so we list them as not published. Given that the cash fee is usually refunded only in narrow cases, paying with KNET or a card is the cleaner choice whenever you might return something.

Before you pay at Max Fashion in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from KWD 20; below that it costs KWD 2. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for KWD 0.500. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Max Fashion in Kuwait
- Pay by KNET rather than cash so the KWD 0.500 charge never comes into play.
- Ask customer service about the return period before ordering, as Max Kuwait does not publish one.
- Collect at least 250 Shukran points before planning to spend them, since Kuwait sets a higher redemption minimum.
- Aim for KWD 20 after discounts to remove the KWD 2 delivery fee.
