Max sells everyday family fashion at low prices, so a small percentage off or a waived delivery fee matters more here than at a premium store. Most codes you will see for Max are not published by Max itself; they are reported by other coupon listings and usually take 10% off full-price items or 5% off reduced ones, with a larger welcome code mentioned in some countries.

The rules around those codes change a lot between countries. Free delivery starts at AED 99 in the UAE but QAR 200 in Qatar, paying the courier costs nothing extra only in Qatar, and Bahrain gives 15 days for returns. We read each country's help pages on 18 October 2026 and set out the differences below.

Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to.

How Max codes work

Max does not run a public code page in the material we checked. The one offer it publishes in every country is a free-delivery threshold, which works automatically once your basket passes it. Everything else in our list is a reported code: a code that other coupon sites say worked for them, which Max has not confirmed. Treat those as worth a try, not as a promise.

The reported codes fall into a few patterns. The most common takes 10% off items at full price and excludes anything already reduced. A second type gives 5% off sale items. One listing combines both, applying 10% or 5% depending on each item's status. In the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait there is also a welcome code for first orders, described as up to 15% off. A couple of UAE and Saudi listings claim 10% across the whole range with no minimum, which conflicts with the full-price-only versions, so expect the lower result. Qatar, Bahrain and Oman have fewer codes listed, mostly the full-price and sale-item types. None of the codes we track is limited to the app or the website.

Getting the most from a code here

Because the usual code pays 10% on full-price lines and nothing or 5% on reduced ones, the mix of your basket decides how much you save. If most of what you want is already marked down, a sale-item code may beat the general one. If you are buying new-season pieces, the full-price code is the one to try first.

Watch the extras that can wipe out a small saving. Cash on delivery carries a fee in five of the six countries, from KWD 0.500 in Kuwait to SAR 9 in Saudi Arabia, and a 10% code on a modest order can be smaller than that charge. Delivery fees work the same way: in Qatar the QAR 20 fee applies until QAR 200, so a few more items can be worth more than the code. Max's help pages do not say whether a code can be combined with another code or with Shukran redemption, so check the total before you pay. Shukran points can be redeemed from 200 points in the UAE and from 250 in Kuwait, and UAE shoppers can also split payments on selected bank cards.

Delivery and returns across the Gulf

Delivery thresholds look similar on paper but differ in practice. The UAE has the lowest bar at AED 99, with AED 10 charged below it, and an optional same-day service for an extra AED 18 in selected parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman when you order before 12pm. Saudi Arabia charges SAR 18 below SAR 149, although another Saudi help page names SAR 200, and quotes 2 business days for Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam when you order before noon, 4 elsewhere. Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman all set free delivery at 20 in local currency, with fees of KWD 2, BHD 1 and OMR 2. Qatar asks the most: QAR 20 until the basket reaches QAR 200.

Speed varies too. Bahrain offers next-business-day delivery for orders placed before 3:30pm Saturday to Thursday, Kuwait and Qatar quote 2 to 3 business days, and Oman 3 to 5, longer in some areas. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman, and within 15 days in Bahrain. Kuwait's return window was not published on the pages we read. No country states that returns are free, and the UAE pages say there are no exchanges.

Paying: cash, Tabby, cards and local networks

Cash on delivery is offered in all six countries, but the charge for it varies. Qatar adds nothing. Kuwait adds KWD 0.500, the UAE AED 5, Bahrain BHD 1, Oman OMR 1 and Saudi Arabia SAR 9. If you have a card, paying upfront is the simplest way to keep that money.

Tabby is listed only for the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Saudi shoppers can pay later on orders of SAR 50 to 1,000 or split SAR 50 to 5,000 into instalments. Tamara and Apple Pay are not mentioned on any of the Max help pages we read, so we mark them as not published. Card options follow each market: Visa and Mastercard in the UAE and Bahrain, Saudi and international cards plus PayPal in Saudi Arabia, KNET, cards and My Credit in Kuwait, Benefit debit cards and PayPal in Bahrain, and OmanNet debit with Omani or international credit cards in Oman. UAE customers can also pay in instalments on selected bank cards. Shukran points work as payment in most markets, from 200 points in the UAE and 250 in Kuwait. Qatar's pages we read covered cash on delivery but did not list other methods.

When a code is rejected

The most frequent reason at Max is the full-price rule. Many reported codes skip reduced items, so a basket made up of sale pieces can show no discount at all, or only part of one. Look at each line in the summary: if the marked-down items are untouched, the code is behaving as described rather than failing.

Welcome codes are another trap. They are meant for a first order, so an email address or phone number that has ordered before will usually be refused. Codes are also tied to a country site; a code reported for the UAE may not work on the Saudi or Omani store. Because nearly every code we list comes from third-party reports rather than from Max, some will simply have stopped working, and our list shows the date each one was last seen. Before giving up, retype the code without spaces, remove and re-add it after changing the basket, and try the other code type for your items. If nothing works, the free-delivery threshold and paying by card instead of cash on delivery are savings that do not depend on a code.

How to use a Max Fashion code

  1. Fill your basket on the Max website or in the Max app, then open the basket.
  2. Paste the promo code into the coupon box before you move on to checkout, exactly as it is written.
  3. Read the order summary: full-price and reduced items can get different rates, so check each line.
  4. Pick your delivery option and payment method; cash on delivery adds a service charge in most Gulf countries, which changes the final total.
  5. Sign in with your Shukran account before paying if you want points on the order.

Frequently asked questions

Which Gulf countries does Max Fashion serve online?

Max Fashion sells online in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.

Where are there the most Max Fashion codes right now?

Max Fashion codes are set per country. Right now we track 27 live offers across 6 countries; the UAE has the most (7). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.

Do Max discount codes work on sale items?

Usually not in full. The most widely reported Max code covers full-price items only, and a separate type gives a smaller 5% on reduced items. One listed code applies both rates depending on each item. If your basket is mostly sale stock, try a sale-item code and check every line of the summary.

Is there a Max code for new customers?

Yes, in some countries. A welcome code described as up to 15% off a first order is reported for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. It is meant for shoppers who have not ordered before, so an existing account will normally be refused. We did not find one listed for Qatar, Bahrain or Oman.

How much do I need to spend for free delivery at Max?

It depends on the country. The thresholds are AED 99 in the UAE, SAR 149 in Saudi Arabia (one help page says SAR 200), KWD 20 in Kuwait, QAR 200 in Qatar, BHD 20 in Bahrain and OMR 20 in Oman. Below those amounts you pay AED 10, SAR 18, KWD 2, QAR 20, BHD 1 or OMR 2.

How long do I have to return a Max order?

14 days in most countries. The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman all count 14 days from delivery, and Bahrain allows 15. The Kuwait return window was not published on the help pages we read. Keep items in their original packaging with the invoice, as the help pages ask for both.

Does cash on delivery cost extra at Max?

Yes, except in Qatar. The service charge is AED 5 in the UAE, SAR 9 in Saudi Arabia, KWD 0.500 in Kuwait, BHD 1 in Bahrain and OMR 1 in Oman. Qatar adds nothing, according to its help centre. Paying by card or a local debit network avoids the fee where it applies.

Can I pay for Max orders with Tabby or Tamara?

Tabby, yes, in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. In Saudi Arabia it covers pay-later orders from SAR 50 to 1,000 and instalments from SAR 50 to 5,000. Tabby is not listed for the other four countries. Tamara is not mentioned on any Max help page we read, so treat it as not published.

Can I use a Max promo code in the app?

Yes. None of the Max codes we track is restricted to one channel, so the same code should be accepted on the website and in the app. App-only codes are not listed for Max at the moment. If a code fails in one, trying the other is a reasonable check before you give up on it.

Why was my Max code not accepted?

Most often because of what is in the basket. Many codes exclude reduced items, welcome codes stop working after your first order, and codes reported for one Gulf country may not work on another country's site. Since most Max codes are reported by third parties, some also expire without notice. Check the last-seen date in our list.
