Keep an eye on the AED 5 fee for paying cash, which can cancel out a 10% saving on a small basket.

How to use a Max Fashion code
- Fill your basket on the Max website or in the Max app, then open the basket.
- Paste the promo code into the coupon box before you move on to checkout, exactly as it is written.
- Read the order summary: full-price and reduced items can get different rates, so check each line.
- Pick your delivery option and payment method; cash on delivery adds a service charge in most Gulf countries, which changes the final total.
- Sign in with your Shukran account before paying if you want points on the order.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Standard delivery costs AED 10 until your basket reaches AED 99, after which it is free. That is the lowest free-delivery bar Max sets anywhere in the Gulf, so a couple of basics or a pair of kids' shoes is often enough to clear it.
If you need an order the same day, Max offers it for an extra AED 18 in parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, as long as you order before 12pm. That charge is added on top of the order, and it is worth knowing that it is not refunded if you later send items back for reasons such as the wrong size. For anything you are unsure about fitting, standard delivery is the safer choice.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
You have 14 days from delivery to send items back, and they need to be in their original packaging. Max UAE does not do exchanges, so if a size is wrong the route is to return the item and place a fresh order for the one you need. If a code was used on the first order, it may not work a second time.
Charges are treated differently from the goods. The AED 5 cash-on-delivery fee comes back only when the whole order is returned, not when you keep part of it. If you paid AED 18 for same-day delivery, that money stays with Max when the return is for something like a wrong size. Max's UAE pages do not say that returns are free of charge, so we list that as not published.
Paying in the UAE
Visa and Mastercard are accepted, and Tabby is available if you want to spread the cost. Holders of selected bank cards can also convert a purchase into instalments through their bank. Cash on delivery works across the country with a AED 5 service charge per order.
Shukran points can be spent at checkout once you have at least 200, which makes the loyalty balance a small extra discount on top of any code. Max's UAE help pages did not mention Tamara or Apple Pay when we read them on 18 October 2026, so we cannot confirm either. If you are choosing between cash and card on a small order, the AED 5 fee is roughly what a 10% code saves on a AED 50 basket.

Before you pay at Max Fashion in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 99; below that it costs AED 10. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for AED 5. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Max Fashion in the UAE
- Add a low-cost basic to pass AED 99; it usually costs less than the AED 10 delivery fee it removes.
- Choose card or Tabby over cash on delivery on small orders, since the AED 5 charge is only refunded when the whole order comes back.
- Skip the AED 18 same-day option for items you may return for size, because that fee stays with Max.
- Have at least 200 Shukran points before checkout if you want to spend them on the order.

Does Max offer same-day delivery in the UAE?
Yes, in some parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman only. You need to order before 12pm, and it costs an extra AED 18. Other emirates are not covered by same-day delivery on the pages we read. The AED 18 is not refunded if you return items because of size.

Yes. Tabby is listed as a payment option on Max UAE. The UAE help pages do not give Tabby spending limits, so check what Tabby shows at checkout. Tamara is not mentioned, and selected bank cards offer their own instalment plans as another option.
Do Max UAE codes work on sale items?
Some do, at a lower rate. The common full-price code excludes reduced items, while a sale-item code gives 5%. One listing applies 10% to full-price lines and 5% to reduced ones in the same basket. A couple of UAE listings claim 10% on everything, but treat that as unconfirmed.
I already have a Max account. Can I still get a UAE discount?
Yes, but not the welcome code. The up-to-15% code is reported for first orders only. Existing customers can try the full-price or sale-item codes, which are listed for all shoppers, and can redeem Shukran points from 200 points as an extra saving.
