How to use a Ounass code
- Open the Ounass site or app for the country you live in, since each Gulf country has its own Ounass site.
- Fill your bag with full-price pieces: the codes listed for Ounass are nearly all described as excluding sale items.
- If you want the first-order app discount, sign up in the Ounass app and place that first order in the app, not on the website.
- At checkout, type the code into the discount code field and confirm that the order total drops before you pay.
- If nothing changes, take out sale items or any other offer already applied, then enter the code again.
Delivery and fees in KSA
The Saudi shipping page sets free delivery for orders above SAR 500. Not every page agrees: some product pages quote SAR 800 or SAR 1,000 instead, so the figure on your order summary is the one that counts. Items that ship from the UAE warehouse can also carry different fees, even inside a basket that clears the threshold.
Riyadh has paid speed options. A three-hour slot costs SAR 50 when the basket is small, a same-day slot SAR 35 and a next-day slot SAR 25. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, or on a Friday, are processed as the next working day, so a Thursday night order will not move until the weekend is over. If timing matters, choose the speed before entering a code and check that the fee shown matches the option you picked.
Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia
Ounass's Saudi help pages describe returns as free and no questions asked, provided you start them within 30 days. The clock runs from the day the parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered, which helps with slower shipments from the UAE warehouse.
How you paid decides how you are refunded. If the order was cash on delivery, the money comes back as Ounass store credit, not as cash or a bank transfer. That makes cash a poor choice for anything you are unsure about, such as a first try of a new designer's sizing. Paying with mada or a card avoids the problem. The Saudi pages we read do not list categories that cannot be returned, so check the item page for any note before you buy, particularly on beauty products.
Paying for Ounass in Saudi Arabia
Saudi shoppers get more payment choice than anywhere else Ounass trades in the Gulf. mada cards are supported. Cash on delivery is available for an extra SAR 25 and only on orders up to SAR 7,500, which rules it out for many fine jewellery and handbag purchases.
For spreading the cost, Tabby covers orders up to SAR 6,500 and Tamara up to SAR 5,000. Neither can be used on pre-orders, so a coming-soon piece has to be paid in full by another method. A discount code reduces the total before the instalment plan is calculated, which can bring a basket under the Tabby or Tamara limit. Apple Pay is not mentioned on the Saudi pages we read, and we have no Saudi bank-card offers for Ounass on file.

Before you pay at Ounass in Saudi Arabia
- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 500. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for SAR 25. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 30 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- At least one offer works only in the Ounass app. Install it and sign in before you build the basket.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Ounass in Saudi Arabia
- Because product pages quote SAR 800 or 1,000 while the shipping page says SAR 500, trust the delivery line on your order summary.
- If you are not sure about fit, pay with mada rather than cash: a returned cash order is refunded as Ounass credit.
- Leave fine jewellery out of your first app order, since the Saudi terms exclude it from the official app discount.
- In Riyadh, next-day delivery at SAR 25 is the cheapest paid speed; save the SAR 50 three-hour option for real deadlines.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working Ounass promo code in Saudi Arabia today?
The strongest Ounass code in Saudi Arabia right now is APP10: 10% off your first app order. Ounass publishes it itself, and we last checked it on 26 Oct 2026. Keep a second code from the list below in case it’s rejected.
How many Ounass codes does Coupons Radar list for Saudi Arabia?
As of 26 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 12 live offers for Ounass in Saudi Arabia: 3 from the store itself and 9 listed on coupon sites. Ounass in Saudi Arabia: free delivery from SAR 500; returns within 30 days. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date.
What is the free delivery minimum at Ounass Saudi Arabia?
SAR 500, according to the shipping page. Some product pages give SAR 800 or SAR 1,000 instead, and items shipped from the UAE warehouse can carry other fees, so the threshold is not fully consistent. Build your basket a little above SAR 500 and confirm on the order summary that the delivery line reads zero.
How much does fast delivery cost in Riyadh?
SAR 25 to SAR 50. Next-day delivery in Riyadh costs SAR 25, same-day delivery SAR 35, and a three-hour slot SAR 50 when the basket is small. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on a Friday count as the next working day, so the speed you pay for starts from then.
What is the cash on delivery fee at Ounass Saudi Arabia?
SAR 25. Cash on delivery adds SAR 25 to the order and is only available up to SAR 7,500. Keep in mind that if you return anything from a cash order, the refund arrives as Ounass store credit rather than money, which is a good reason to pay by mada or card for items you might send back.
How long is the Ounass return window in Saudi Arabia?
30 days from delivery. The Saudi help pages give 30 days counted from the day your parcel arrives, not from the order date. That gives a little extra time when an item ships from the UAE warehouse and takes longer to reach you. Start the return inside that period to keep it free.
Are Ounass returns free in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Returns in Saudi Arabia are free and described as no questions asked within the 30-day window. The cost you can lose is not a return fee but the form of your refund: cash on delivery orders are refunded as store credit. If you paid by mada, card or instalments, the store credit rule does not apply.
Can I use Tabby or Tamara at Ounass Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Tabby is available on orders up to SAR 6,500 and Tamara on orders up to SAR 5,000. Pre-orders are excluded from both, so an item marked as coming soon must be paid another way. A discount code lowers the total first, which can bring a borderline basket within either limit.
Does the Ounass app discount work on fine jewellery in Saudi Arabia?
No. The Saudi terms for the first-order app discount exclude fine jewellery and selected brands, on top of limiting it to full-price items. If your first purchase is a jewellery piece, the code will not reduce it. Use the discount on an eligible full-price item instead, and buy the jewellery in a separate order.
Can existing customers get a discount at Ounass Saudi Arabia?
Possibly. The official app discount is for first orders only, but several reported codes in Saudi Arabia are listed for new and existing customers, at 10% to 20%. Ounass does not publish those codes, so they can stop working without notice. Try one at checkout and look for the reduced total before you pay.
