How to use a Metro Brazil code
- Open metrobrazil.com and pick your country, so prices, banners and delivery rules match where the parcel is going.
- Check the size chart or the Smart Fitting Room before adding shapewear, because those items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Go to checkout and enter your address; delivery fees only show once the address is in.
- If you have a promo code, type it into the discount box at checkout and confirm the total drops before you pay.
- Choose express or standard shipping and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by the local options your country site lists.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
Parcels for Kuwait leave Metro Brazil's Dubai base and are priced in dirhams on the Kuwaiti site. The banner advertises free delivery above 299 in that currency, which means AED 299, but the Kuwait FAQ quotes a higher free-delivery bar without the two being reconciled. The fee you pay below the bar is not published.
Because the published figures disagree, the checkout is the only reliable reference. Enter your Kuwaiti address before you decide on the basket and watch whether the delivery line reaches zero.
Delivery follows the standard GCC timings of 2 to 4 working days for express and 4 to 7 for standard. Kuwait is not among the countries on the VIP page, which lists thresholds only for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, so free express shipping through VIP is not published for Kuwaiti customers.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
Kuwaiti shoppers get the same single return within 7 days as the rest of the Gulf, and the same exclusion: shapewear and underwear cannot be sent back.
Two Kuwait-specific rules make returns more expensive. First, duties and VAT paid on the import are deducted from the refund, so you will not get the full price back even on an eligible item. Second, if you refuse to pay duties or taxes when the courier arrives, the parcel goes back and all related fees are taken out of what you are refunded.
The cost of the return itself is also on you. Oddly, the return policy shown on the Kuwait site quotes its charges in Saudi riyals (SAR 30 per return, SAR 45 per exchange) rather than in dinars or dirhams. Ask customer service to confirm the amount for Kuwait before you ship anything.
Paying in Kuwait
Kuwait is the one Metro Brazil site that names KNET among its accepted cards, so you can pay with a local debit card. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also listed, along with other cards. There is no cash on delivery.
Because the Kuwaiti site prices everything in dirhams, the amount taken from a KNET or dinar credit card depends on the conversion your bank uses on the day. Work out the dinar cost before you pay, particularly on a larger basket.
Tabby and Tamara are not mentioned on the Kuwaiti pages we read, so instalments are not published for Kuwait. If you need to change something after paying, the site accepts edits for 3 hours after ordering, provided it is a working day and not yet 3 PM in Dubai.

Before you pay at Metro Brazil in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- You have 7 days to return, and returns may carry a fee. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Metro Brazil in Kuwait
- Convert the dirham total to dinars before you pay, since the Kuwaiti site does not price in KWD.
- Pay any duties or taxes at the door: refusing them sends the parcel back and the fees are taken from your refund.
- Look in the Offers section first; with no confirmed codes, it holds the only price cuts we found.
- Edits close 3 hours after ordering, or at 3 PM UAE time on a working day, so check the order right after paying.
