How to use a Metro Brazil code
- Open metrobrazil.com and pick your country, so prices, banners and delivery rules match where the parcel is going.
- Check the size chart or the Smart Fitting Room before adding shapewear, because those items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Go to checkout and enter your address; delivery fees only show once the address is in.
- If you have a promo code, type it into the discount box at checkout and confirm the total drops before you pay.
- Choose express or standard shipping and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by the local options your country site lists.
Delivery and fees in Bahrain
Metro Brazil ships to Bahrain from Dubai and has a dedicated Bahrain version of its site, but that version shows prices in dirhams. The banner offers free delivery above 299 in the site currency, so AED 299. The real delivery charge for smaller orders is not published and only appears once you enter a Bahraini address.
Double-check the address before you pay. The Bahrain pages allow address corrections within 6 hours of ordering and before the parcel ships; after that, problems caused by a wrong address are your responsibility.
Once the order is on its way, tracking details arrive by email and SMS, and you can also follow the parcel from your account. Bahrain is not included on the VIP page, so free express delivery through VIP is not published for Bahraini shoppers.
Returns and refunds in Bahrain
You can send an eligible item back once within 7 days. Shapewear and underwear are excluded, as everywhere in Metro Brazil's network.
Packaging is part of the rule in Bahrain: the item must go back in the same packaging it arrived in. You can then drop it at an Aramex or SMSA office or arrange a pickup. The return shipping is paid by you.
Expect the refund to be smaller than what you paid. Duties and VAT charged on the import come off the amount Metro Brazil returns to you. If you are unsure about a size, it may cost less to check the size chart twice than to send an item back across the border.
Paying in Bahrain
The Bahrain site accepts cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and there is no cash on delivery. Tabby, Tamara and BENEFIT, the local debit network, are not mentioned on the Bahrain pages we read, so we list them as not published.
As prices are shown in dirhams, the final cost in Bahraini dinars depends on your bank's exchange rate and any fee it charges for foreign-currency payments. Work out the dinar amount before you confirm a large basket.
If something goes wrong with a payment, customer service is reachable on WhatsApp and by email around the clock, according to the Bahrain pages. Keep the order number and a screenshot of the checkout total to hand.
