Quick answer
Metro Brazil runs free delivery over AED 299 (Oman site) in Oman without a code (last checked 18 Oct 2026).
As of 18 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 1 live offer for Metro Brazil in Oman: 1 from the store itself and 0 listed on coupon sites. Metro Brazil in Oman: no published free-delivery minimum; returns within 7 days.
Metro Brazil has no promo code we could confirm for Oman, prices on the Oman site are in UAE dirhams, and the free-delivery bar is unclear because the banner and FAQ disagree. The biggest risk is customs: refused fees are deducted from your refund, and a destroyed shipment brings no refund at all.

How to use a Metro Brazil code
- Open metrobrazil.com and pick your country, so prices, banners and delivery rules match where the parcel is going.
- Check the size chart or the Smart Fitting Room before adding shapewear, because those items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Go to checkout and enter your address; delivery fees only show once the address is in.
- If you have a promo code, type it into the discount box at checkout and confirm the total drops before you pay.
- Choose express or standard shipping and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by the local options your country site lists.
Delivery and fees in Oman
The Oman version of Metro Brazil shows prices in dirhams. Its banner advertises free shipping from 299 dirhams, yet the Omani FAQ names a higher threshold, and the fee for orders below the bar is not published. Your checkout total is the figure to trust.
Express takes 2 to 4 working days and standard 4 to 7, but Omani orders pass through customs, which can add time. Plan for the longer end of the range, especially before Eid or National Day.
Make sure the courier can reach you. If a delivery fails and the parcel is sent back, Metro Brazil deducts all the fees and refunds the rest; if the shipment is destroyed instead, nothing is refunded. A correct phone number on the order is the simplest protection. Oman is not on the VIP page, so the free express shipping perk is not published here.
Returns and refunds in Oman
Omani customers have one chance to return an eligible item, within 7 days of receiving it. As across the Gulf, shapewear and underwear are final sale.
Returns from Oman are slow. The parcel needs 3 to 6 working days to reach Metro Brazil's warehouse, and processing adds about one more day. Only then does the refund start, so a return begun on day 7 may not be settled until well into the following week or later.
The customer pays for return shipping. Add any customs charges paid when the parcel came in, and a return from Oman can cost a noticeable share of the item's price, which makes careful sizing especially worthwhile.
Paying in Oman
Oman orders are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Metro Brazil does not offer cash on delivery in Oman or anywhere else in the Gulf.
OmanNet, Tabby and Tamara are not mentioned on the Oman pages we read, so we treat them as not published. Check the payment step before you invest time in a basket if you need one of them.
Because the Oman site lists prices in dirhams, convert the total to Omani rials before you pay; your bank's rate and any foreign-currency fee will decide the final charge. Also budget for customs: refusing fees when the courier arrives does not save money, because they are taken out of whatever Metro Brazil later refunds.

Before you pay at Metro Brazil in Oman
- Check that the site shows OMR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- You have 7 days to return, and returns may carry a fee. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Metro Brazil in Oman
- Put a reachable phone number on the order: a destroyed shipment is not refunded, and a returned one loses its fees.
- Budget for customs and pay at the door; refused charges come off your refund anyway.
- Allow about a week for a return to be received and processed before you expect a refund.
- Convert dirham prices to rials before checkout so the card charge does not surprise you.
