How to use a Metro Brazil code

1. Open metrobrazil.com and pick your country, so prices, banners and delivery rules match where the parcel is going.
2. Check the size chart or the Smart Fitting Room before adding shapewear, because those items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Go to checkout and enter your address; delivery fees only show once the address is in.
4. If you have a promo code, type it into the discount box at checkout and confirm the total drops before you pay.
5. Choose express or standard shipping and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by the local options your country site lists.

Before you pay at Metro Brazil in the UAE

• Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
• Delivery is free from AED 199. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
• Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
• You have 7 days to return, and returns may carry a fee. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
• Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.

Tips for saving at Metro Brazil in the UAE

• AED 199 is the lowest free-delivery banner on any Metro Brazil Gulf site, so one or two pieces may be enough to reach it.
• Keep the original bag or box; a return sent in other packaging can be shipped back to you.
• Pick store credit if you want your refund the same day instead of waiting 7-15 working days.
• Use the same account and email for every order so spending counts toward the AED 1,000 VIP level.

Metro Brazil in other Gulf countries

Each country has its own store, currency and code list. A code from one country usually won’t work in another.

Naqel, Aramex, SMSA or DHL. The UAE shipping page names these four couriers for express delivery in 2 to 4 working days and standard delivery in 4 to 7. The page does not let you choose the courier or quote a faster UAE-only service, so plan around those two timings.
