Orders to Kuwait and Oman can also face customs, and refused duties come off any refund.
Returns follow one GCC rule. Apart from shapewear and underwear, an item can be returned or swapped one time, inside 7 days from when it reaches you. Returns are not free: the Saudi policy charges SAR 30 for a return and SAR 45 for an exchange, paid upfront, and the Kuwaiti page quotes the same riyal figures.
