Styli UAE: delivery, returns and customer service

Customer service

Styli runs one help centre, help.stylishop.com, for all its Gulf countries. The articles we opened contain no phone number, email address, chat hours or WhatsApp contact, so reach the team through the contact options in that help centre and keep your order number to hand.

Shipping, cash and import fees

A UAE shipment of AED 99 or more ships free; a smaller one pays AED 12. The rule applies to each shipment, so a split order is judged parcel by parcel. Cash on delivery adds AED 12, the same as shipping, which means an AED 60 basket paid in cash comes to AED 84 before any import fee.

Import fees may be added to UAE deliveries. Styli says they depend on the order value and local regulations, follow the destination country's rules and can vary from one shipment to the next, and Styli does not refund them. Read the order total line by line before you pay.

Delivery times for the UAE are not given in the articles we opened.

Tracking and cancelling

The help centre has a tracking and delivery section, but the articles we opened do not describe how to track, change or cancel a UAE order. Follow the order in your Styli account and ask the help centre quickly if you need to stop or change it.

Returns

UAE customers can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Styli makes the first return on an order free and says later returns on the same order may be charged. Excluded categories are not listed for the UAE in the articles we opened, and no step-by-step return guide is published there, so the steps below are a checklist based on the rules.

1. Check that the delivery was no more than 14 days ago.
2. Look at the order total to see whether an import fee was charged, since it will not come back.
3. Gather every item you want to return from that order so it goes in a single free return.
4. Start the return through your Styli account or the help centre.
5. Keep your order details until the refund is confirmed.

Refunds and deductions

When a return is approved, Styli refunds the value of the item. It keeps shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, import duties and bank transfer fees. Take an AED 70 order paid in cash: AED 12 shipping and AED 12 cash bring it to AED 94, plus any import fee. Returning the whole order would bring back AED 70.

How long the refund takes, and how it is paid back for each payment method, is not stated in the articles we opened.

Payment methods

Styli's payment article lists cards, Apple Pay on supported devices in the UAE, Tabby and Tamara as buy now, pay later plans, Styli credit, Styli Cash, Shukran points at checkout and cash on delivery. It gives no country details for Tabby and Tamara, so check that they appear at the UAE checkout.

Styli Cash can pay up to half of the order value, measured after shipping, cash and import fees; on an AED 84 cash order that is up to AED 42. Methods can be combined on one order where Styli allows. For codes, see the Styli coupon page for the UAE.
