Customer service

Styli answers questions through its help centre at help.stylishop.com, which groups articles under topics such as tracking and delivery. The articles we read do not give a phone number, email address, chat hours or WhatsApp line, so start from the help centre and the contact options it shows when you need a person.

Shipping charges

Each Saudi shipment ships free from SAR 149 and pays SAR 12 below that. Because the line is drawn per shipment rather than per order, one checkout can produce two parcels and a SAR 12 charge on the smaller one. Paying cash on delivery costs another SAR 12, matching the shipping fee.

Import fees appear in the delivery article for Styli's five other Gulf countries, but not for Saudi Arabia. Delivery times are not given on the pages we read.

Tracking and cancelling

Styli keeps its delivery articles in a tracking and delivery section of the help centre, but those articles do not explain how to track a parcel, change an order or cancel one. Check your account on the app or website for the order status and contact Styli through the help centre as soon as you want to change something.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to send back an eligible item. Styli makes one return per order free; any further return on that order can be charged, at an amount it does not state. Four groups are final: innerwear, swimwear, beauty and certain sale pieces.

No step-by-step return instructions appear in the articles we opened, so the list below is a checklist built from its rules rather than an app walkthrough.

  1. Confirm the delivery date and that you are within 14 days.
  2. Remove anything that is innerwear, swimwear, beauty or a final-sale item from your plan.
  3. Decide on everything you want to send back from the order, so it goes in one free return.
  4. Start the return from your Styli account or through the help centre.
  5. Keep a note of what you returned and its value until the refund arrives.

What a refund covers

An approved return refunds the value of the item. Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, import duties and bank transfer fees are not refunded. In practice, a SAR 120 order paid in cash carries SAR 24 in fees; if you return the whole order, expect the SAR 120 back and not the SAR 24.

Refund timing and the method used for each payment type are not stated on the pages we read.

Payment methods

Saudi orders can be paid with cards, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara, Styli credit, Shukran points or cash on delivery. Styli Cash is worth SAR 1 for every 10 and can cover up to half of the order value, counted after shipping and cash fees. So on a SAR 100 basket paid in cash, the total is SAR 124 and Styli Cash could cover up to SAR 62 of it, which would take 620 Styli Cash.

Frequently asked questions

Why did Styli charge shipping on my SAR 180 order?

Probably because it shipped in more than one parcel. Styli checks the SAR 149 free-shipping line per shipment, so a SAR 180 order sent as SAR 140 and SAR 40 pays SAR 12 on each part under the line. Look at the order summary before you pay to see how the shipments are split.

Is the shipping fee refunded when I return a Styli order?

No. Styli refunds the value of the returned items, but shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, import duties and bank transfer fees stay with the store. On a cash order under SAR 149, that means the SAR 12 shipping and SAR 12 cash fee are both lost even if everything goes back.

Is a second return from the same Styli order free?

Not necessarily. The first return on each order is free, but Styli says later returns may carry a fee, without giving an amount. If you are unsure about several pieces, wait until you have tried everything and send all unwanted items back together within the 14 days.

Can I pay part of a Styli order with Styli Cash and the rest by card?

Yes, where Styli allows more than one method on an order. Styli Cash can cover up to 50% of the order value after shipping and cash fees, at 10 Styli Cash to SAR 1, and it must be used within its validity period. The rest can go on a card, Apple Pay or another listed method.

Will customs charges be added to a Styli order in Saudi Arabia?

Styli's delivery article does not mention them for Saudi Arabia. It lists import fees only for the other five Gulf countries, where they depend on order value and local rules and are not refunded. For Saudi orders, the costs to check are the SAR 12 shipping fee below SAR 149 and the SAR 12 cash fee.
