Customer service
Qatar is served by Styli's single help centre at help.stylishop.com. Its articles, including the one on ID for Qatar, do not give a phone number, email, chat hours or WhatsApp line, so contact Styli through the options in the help centre and mention that your order is for Qatar.
Shipping, customs ID and import fees
A Qatari shipment travels free from QAR 199 and pays QAR 12 below that, judged parcel by parcel. Choosing cash on delivery costs a further QAR 12. A QAR 150 basket paid in cash therefore comes to QAR 174 before any import fee.
For customs clearance, Styli needs a valid national ID or passport for every Qatar delivery, and the name on it has to match the name on the order. The help article, last updated in March 2026, does not say how or when the ID is submitted, so enter your name on the order exactly as it is written on the document.
Import fees may also apply in Qatar. They depend on the order value and local regulations, can change from shipment to shipment and are non-refundable. Delivery times are not stated.
Tracking and cancelling
The ID article sits in the help centre's tracking and delivery section, but none of the articles we opened explains how to track, change or cancel an order. Use your Styli account to follow the order, and contact the help centre quickly if a name or address needs correcting before customs.
Returns
Styli gives Qatari customers 14 days from delivery to return an item, and shows Qatari returns as free of charge. Return steps, excluded categories and the handling of repeat returns on one order are not covered in the Qatar articles we opened. Import fees, though, are definitely kept: you get the item price back, never the customs charge.
- Make sure you are within 14 days of delivery.
- Check the order total for an import fee, which will not come back.
- Group the items you are returning into a single request.
- Start the return from your Styli account or through the help centre.
Refunds
Refund timing, the refund method for each payment type, and whether the QAR 12 shipping or cash fee is returned are not stated for Qatar in the articles we opened. The only published deduction for Qatar is the import fee. Ask the help centre about the rest when you start a return.
Payment methods
Apple Pay is listed for Qatar on supported devices. Styli's payment article also lists cards, Tabby and Tamara, Styli credit, Styli Cash, Shukran points at checkout and cash on delivery, but gives no country details for most of them, so check the Qatari checkout.

Frequently asked questions
What if the name on my Styli order does not match my ID?
Correct it as soon as you can. Styli's rule for Qatar customs is that the ID or passport and the order carry identical names. The help article does not describe what happens when they differ, so contact the help centre before the parcel reaches customs and use your ID spelling on future orders.
Why did my QAR 250 Styli order pay shipping?
Probably because it was sent in two parcels and one was under QAR 199. Styli applies the threshold per shipment and charges QAR 12 on any parcel below it. If you also chose cash on delivery, a further QAR 12 applies. The order summary lists the shipping line, so read it first.
Can Styli Cash pay for a whole Qatar order?
No. Styli Cash is capped at 50% of the order value, and the value is counted after shipping, cash on delivery and import fees. It also has to be used within its validity period. Pay the other half with Apple Pay, a card or another method shown at the Qatari checkout.
Are Styli import fees in Qatar the same on every order?
No. Styli says import fees depend on order value and local regulations, follow the destination country's rules and may vary by shipment. Two orders, or two parcels from one order, can carry different amounts. Whatever is charged appears in the order total and is not refunded on a return.
Can Shukran points and Apple Pay share one Styli Qatar payment?
Styli's payment article allows more than one method in a single order where applicable, and it lists Shukran points for redemption at checkout and Apple Pay for Qatar. So you can try paying part with points and the rest with Apple Pay; the checkout will show whether that combination is accepted.
