Customer service
Bahraini orders are handled through Styli's shared help centre at help.stylishop.com. A phone number, email address, chat hours and WhatsApp line are not part of the articles we opened, so the help centre's own contact route is the one to use.
Shipping and import fees
Shipments to Bahrain are free from BHD 19.900 and cost BHD 1.200 below that. Styli measures each parcel on its own, so a split order can pay on one part. Paying cash adds BHD 1.200 more: a BHD 10 basket paid that way costs BHD 12.400, nearly a quarter more than its items.
Import fees may be added for Bahrain. Styli links them to the order value and local regulations, says they can vary by shipment, and does not refund them. No delivery time is given in the articles we opened.
Tracking and cancelling
The articles we opened do not describe tracking, changing or cancelling a Bahrain order. Follow the status in your Styli account, and if you need to stop or change something, contact the help centre before the parcel ships.
Returns
Bahraini customers have 14 days to return, and Styli waives the cost of the first return on each order. Partial returns are allowed. Returning again from that order later can cost a fee, and import fees are never part of the refund.

Refunds

Payment methods
Apple Pay is listed for Bahrain on supported devices. The payment article also mentions cards, Tabby and Tamara, Styli credit, Styli Cash, Shukran points at checkout and cash on delivery, without country details for most of them. BENEFIT is not named, so check the Bahraini checkout for local options.

How is the Styli Cash limit worked out in Bahrain?
Styli Cash can cover up to 50% of the order value, and that value includes shipping, cash-on-delivery and import fees. A BHD 10 basket under the free-shipping line and paid in cash comes to BHD 12.400, so up to BHD 6.200 could be paid with Styli Cash, provided it is still within its validity period.
Does Styli offer Tabby or Tamara in Bahrain?
Styli's payment article lists Tabby and Tamara as buy now, pay later options but does not say which countries they cover. Apple Pay is the only method it ties to Bahrain by name. Look at the Bahraini checkout to see whether either instalment option appears for your basket.
Why did the import fee on my Styli Bahrain order change?
Styli says import fees depend on order value and local regulations, follow the destination country's rules and may vary by shipment. A different basket value or a different split into parcels can change the amount. The fee shows in the order total and is not refunded if you return items.
If I return items twice from one Styli order, is the second return charged?
It may be. In Bahrain the first return from each order costs nothing, and Styli says later returns from that order may carry a fee, without giving the amount. Settle on the full list of returns first, then make one return within 14 days of delivery.
Can I pay with Shukran points at Styli Bahrain?
Yes, Shukran points can be redeemed at checkout according to Styli's payment article. It does not give a rate or minimum balance, so the checkout shows what your points are worth. Where Styli allows more than one method, you can cover the rest with Apple Pay or a card.
