Styli Kuwait: delivery, returns and customer service

Reviewed by Huda SalehUpdated

In short

For Styli shoppers in Kuwait, this page explains shipping per parcel, the import fees that may be added, how returns work and which payment options the store lists. Keep two figures in mind: KWD 19.900, the value each shipment needs to ship free, and KWD 1.500, charged both for shipping below that line and for paying cash.

Customer service

Kuwaiti orders are supported by Styli's shared help centre at help.stylishop.com. No phone number, email address, chat hours or WhatsApp line appears in the articles we opened, so use the contact options the help centre itself provides.

Shipping and import fees

Styli ships a Kuwaiti parcel free once it reaches KWD 19.900; under that, the charge is KWD 1.500. The threshold is tested per shipment, so if an order leaves in two parcels, each one needs KWD 19.900 to escape the charge. Paying cash adds another KWD 1.500, so a KWD 12 basket paid in cash comes to KWD 15.

Kuwait is one of the countries where import fees may apply. They depend on the order value and local regulations, can vary by shipment and are not refunded. Delivery times are not given in the articles we opened.

Tracking and cancelling

How to track, change or cancel a Kuwaiti order is not explained in the articles we opened, even though the help centre files delivery topics under tracking and delivery. Watch the order status in your Styli account and contact the help centre early if anything needs to change.

Returns

Kuwaiti orders have 14 days for returns, and the first return on each order is free. Styli warns that any return after that one, on the same order, can carry a charge. The import fee on an order is non-refundable, so a returned piece can leave you out of pocket even when the item price comes back.

  1. Count 14 days from delivery.
  2. Look in your order total for any import fee, which is lost either way.
  3. Choose all the pieces you will return so they travel in one free return.
  4. Start the return through your Styli account or the help centre.

Refunds

Beyond the rule that import fees are kept, the articles we opened for Kuwait do not say how long a refund takes, how it is paid back for each method, or whether the KWD 1.500 shipping or cash fee is returned. Ask the help centre when you start the return.

Payment methods

Apple Pay is listed for Kuwait on supported devices. The payment article also names cards, Tabby and Tamara, Styli credit, Styli Cash, Shukran points at checkout and cash on delivery, without saying which of them apply country by country, so confirm at the Kuwaiti checkout. KNET is not named.

Styli Cash covers up to half of the order value after shipping, cash and import fees, so a KWD 15 cash order could use it for up to KWD 7.500. Several methods can be combined where Styli allows. For codes, see the Styli coupon page for Kuwait.

Frequently asked questions

Why did my KWD 25 Styli order pay shipping?

Most likely it was split into parcels and one of them fell under KWD 19.900. Styli applies the free-shipping line to each shipment, not to the order total, and charges KWD 1.500 on any parcel below it. The order summary shows the shipping line before you pay.

How much of a Styli order can Styli Cash pay in Kuwait?

Up to 50% of the order value, counted after shipping, cash and import fees. It must be used within its validity period, and its value is set at SAR 1 for every 10, or the equivalent in local currency. The rest of the order can be paid with another listed method where Styli allows combined payment.

Can I split a Styli payment between methods in Kuwait?

Yes, where applicable. Styli's payment article says more than one method can be used in a single order. A common combination is Styli Cash or Shukran points for part of the total and Apple Pay or a card for the rest, which also avoids the KWD 1.500 cash fee.

Can I use Shukran points at Styli Kuwait?

Yes. Shukran points can be redeemed at checkout according to Styli's payment article. The article does not give a conversion rate or a minimum balance, so the checkout is where you see how much your points take off. They can be combined with other methods where allowed.

Will I pay for a second return from the same Styli order?

You might. In Kuwait one return per order costs nothing, and Styli notes that more returns on that order can be charged. Plan a single return for all the unwanted pieces, within 14 days of delivery, and remember that any import fee on the order stays with Styli.

How do I contact Styli from Kuwait?

Through help.stylishop.com, the help centre Styli uses for all six Gulf countries. The articles we opened do not list a phone number, email or chat hours, so use the help centre's contact options and give your order number and country when you write.
