Customer service
Omani orders use the same Styli help centre as the rest of the Gulf, help.stylishop.com. The articles we opened, including the one on ID for Oman, contain no phone number, email address or chat hours, so get in touch through the options the help centre offers.
Shipping, ID and import fees
An Omani shipment ships free from OMR 19.900 and pays OMR 1.200 below that, with each parcel judged separately. Cash on delivery costs another OMR 1.200, so an OMR 8 basket paid in cash comes to OMR 10.400.
Omani customs asks for a valid national ID card or passport carrying exactly the order name. Styli's article does not say how the document is collected, so make sure the order name is written exactly as on your ID.
Import fees may be added for Oman, depending on the order value and local regulations, and can vary by shipment. Styli's delivery article says they are non-refundable. Delivery times are not given.
Tracking and cancelling
