Max Fashion UAE: delivery, returns and customer service

In short
This page gathers the practical side of ordering from Max in the UAE: where to find help, how the delivery charges and same-day option work, what can and cannot go back, and which payment methods the site takes. The two figures that shape most orders are the AED 99 free-delivery line and the 14 days you have after delivery to return an item.

Customer service
Max runs a separate help centre for the UAE at helpae.maxfashion.com, with articles grouped under shipping, payments and returns. It is the official place to check a rule before you order, and the UAE articles we read were last updated between November 2020 and June 2025, so the returns policy is the most recent of them.
The articles we read do not give a phone number, email address, chat hours or a tracking procedure, so we do not list any here. If you need to reach an agent, start from the help centre rather than a number found elsewhere.
Delivery charges and same-day delivery
Standard delivery costs nothing once the order reaches AED 99, and AED 10 below that. The charge appears during checkout, so you can see it before paying. A basket of AED 92 would therefore cost AED 102 with delivery, while adding a AED 15 item would take it to AED 107 with delivery included at no charge.
Same-day delivery is an add-on at AED 18 on top of the standard charge, and Max limits it to chosen locations across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, provided you order before 12pm. If your address is outside those areas, or you order after midday, the option will not help, so plan for standard delivery instead.
Cash on delivery adds a AED 5 service charge to the order. On a AED 120 order paid in cash, the total would be AED 125; the same order paid by card would stay at AED 120.
Returning an item
The return window is 14 days, starting on the delivery date. Items go back in the packaging they arrived in, along with the original invoice, every accessory, any promotional gift that came with the order and any warranty card. If a gift came free with the order, it has to go back too.
Several categories are excluded: swimwear, toiletries and perfumes; lingerie or jewellery whose packaging has been opened; and bedding, bath and kids' products such as pillows, sheets, comforters, duvets and covers, memory foam, towels and bathrobes once they are out of their packaging. Anything used, altered, assembled or installed, or showing wear or damage from misuse, is also refused, even if a warranty still applies. Defective items are the exception and are taken back, including opened lingerie or jewellery.
Max does not exchange items for another size or colour. To swap, return the first item and place a new order for the one you want; checking stock of the new size before you send the old one back avoids ending up with neither.
- Check the delivery date and make sure you are within 14 days.
- Confirm the item is not in an excluded category, or that it is defective.
- Repack it in the original packaging with the invoice, accessories, gifts and warranty card.
- Arrange the return through the UAE help centre, which is where Max publishes its return process.
- If you want a different size, place a separate new order.
Refunds and fees on returns
Two charges behave differently when you return something. If you paid cash, the AED 5 charge comes back only on a full return; keep even one item and it stays with Max. The AED 18 same-day fee stays with Max when the reason for returning is something like a size that does not fit.
The articles we read do not give refund timings or say how money returns to each payment method; Max keeps those in a separate refund article. If you might return part of an order, paying by card or Tabby avoids losing the cash charge.
Payment methods
Max UAE accepts UAE-issued cards and international Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards, cash on delivery, My Credit, gift cards, Shukran points and Tabby. Bank instalment plans are also offered on some cards.
Shukran points can be spent once you hold at least 200; a slider at checkout works out how much they take off. Our Max coupon page lists any current codes separately.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get same-day delivery from Max in Abu Dhabi?
Not according to the UAE help centre. Same-day delivery costs an extra AED 18 and is limited to selected locations in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, for orders placed before 12pm. Abu Dhabi addresses fall outside that list, so expect standard delivery, which is free from AED 99.
Can I return a swimsuit or perfume to Max UAE?
No. Swimwear, toiletries and perfumes are on the list of products Max does not take back, unless they are defective. The same applies to lingerie and jewellery once their packaging is opened. Check sizes and scents carefully before buying these items, because the 14-day return does not cover them.
Which items have to go in the parcel when returning to Max UAE?
Pack the item in its original packaging and add the original invoice, all accessories, any promotional gift that came with the order and any warranty card. Missing pieces can stop the return being accepted, so hold on to everything from the parcel until you have decided.
Is the AED 18 same-day fee refunded on a return?
Not when the return is for a reason such as the wrong size. The fee pays for the faster service, which has already been used. If you are unsure about fit, standard delivery, which is free from AED 99, avoids putting AED 18 at risk on top of the item price.
What is the minimum Shukran balance for paying at Max UAE?
You need a balance of at least 200 Shukran points before they can be used. At checkout, a Shukran slider shows how much of the order your points will cover, so you can choose to use part of the balance and pay the rest by card, cash or Tabby.
Can I use a card issued outside the UAE at Max?
Yes. Besides UAE-issued cards, Max UAE accepts international Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. If your card is from another network, the other routes are cash on delivery with its AED 5 charge, Tabby, a gift card, My Credit or Shukran points.
