Max Fashion Saudi Arabia: delivery, returns and customer service

Customer service

Saudi shoppers have their own Max help centre at helpsa.maxfashion.com. It is separate from the UAE one, and its figures differ, so use the Saudi articles rather than advice written for another country.

The Saudi articles we read do not list a phone number, email, chat hours or tracking steps. Some of them are old: the delivery-time article was last changed in February 2020 and the Tabby article in March 2022, while the returns policy was updated in June 2025. When a figure matters, the checkout page is the final word.

Delivery times and fees

Timing depends on the city and on the 12pm cutoff. In Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, an order placed before 12:00pm arrives within 2 business days; in all other areas, an order placed before 12:00pm takes 4 business days. The cutoff matters: the quoted times apply only to orders placed before midday.

Your delivery estimate is shown on the checkout page while you shop. Delivery costs SAR 18 below the free-delivery threshold, which the latest help article puts at SAR 149, although another article in the same centre mentions SAR 200. Look at the delivery line in your basket before paying rather than relying on either figure.

Cash on delivery carries a SAR 9 service charge. Click and Collect orders must be paid in advance, as cash on delivery is not offered for them.

Returning an item

Products can go back within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging, with the original invoice and with all accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came in the parcel.

Max will not accept swimwear, toiletries or perfumes, opened lingerie or jewellery, or bedding, bath and kids' items such as pillows, sheets, duvets, towels and bathrobes once unpacked. Items that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, or that show wear or misuse, are refused even if still under warranty. A defective product is accepted regardless.

There is no exchange service. For a different size or colour, return the item and buy the replacement as a new order.

1. Make sure no more than 14 days have passed since delivery.
2. Check the item is not on the excluded list, unless it is faulty.
3. Pack it in the original packaging with the invoice, accessories, gifts and warranty card.
4. Start the return through the Saudi help centre, since the policy article does not describe the booking steps.
5. Order the replacement separately if you need another size.

Refunds

The Saudi articles we read do not state refund timings, how refunds reach each payment method, or whether the SAR 9 cash charge and SAR 18 delivery fee come back on a return. If you expect to return part of an order, a card or Tabby payment keeps the SAR 9 charge out of the picture.

Payment methods and Tabby limits

Max Saudi Arabia accepts Saudi and international cards, PayPal, Tabby, Shukran points and cash on delivery.

Tabby sets a minimum and a maximum for a single purchase depending on the option. Pay Later accepts purchases between SAR 50 and SAR 1,000, and Pay in Instalments between SAR 50 and SAR 5,000. A SAR 1,400 basket would therefore fit the instalment option but not Pay Later. Any current codes are on our Max coupon page.
