Customer service
Max Bahrain's help centre is at helpbh.maxfashion.com, and its articles are written for Bahrain specifically. The delivery-charge article dates from May 2019 and the payment article from January 2021, so check the checkout page for current figures.
The articles we read list no phone number, email, chat hours or tracking steps, so we do not quote any. Use the help centre as the official way into customer service.
Delivery time and charges
Bahrain has one of the quickest timings in the Max network. Order by 3:30pm on any day between Saturday and Thursday and the parcel is due on the next business day; after that time, or on a Friday, the wait becomes two to three business days. If you need something for Sunday, ordering by 3:30pm on Saturday is the safe route.
Delivery is free on orders of BHD 20 and above and costs BHD 1 below that. Every cash-on-delivery order also carries a BHD 1 service charge. Both charges are displayed during checkout, so an order of BHD 15 paid in cash would show BHD 17 before you confirm.
Returning an item
Bahrain allows 15 days from delivery for returns. Items must be in their original packaging, with the original invoice and with any accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards included in the order.
The excluded list covers swimwear, toiletries and perfumes; lingerie and jewellery with opened packaging; and bedding, bath and kids' products such as pillows, towels and bathrobes once taken out of their packaging. Used, altered, assembled or installed products, and items showing wear or misuse, are refused even under warranty. A defective product is still taken back.
Exchanges are not offered. To change size or colour, return the product and buy the one you want in a separate order.
- Count 15 days from the delivery date and make sure you are inside that period.
- Check the item is not excluded, or that it is defective.
- Pack it in its original packaging with the invoice, accessories, gifts and warranty card.
- Arrange the return through the Bahrain help centre.
- Order a replacement separately if you need one.
Refunds
The Bahrain articles we read do not give refund timings or methods, and they do not say whether the BHD 1 delivery or cash charges are refunded after a return. The help centre lists separate refund questions for card and cash payments, which we did not read.
Payment methods
Max Bahrain accepts Bahrain-issued cards, international Visa and Mastercard cards, Benefit debit cards, cash on delivery, PayPal, gift cards and Shukran points.
Shukran can be used from a balance of 200 points through the slider at checkout. Benefit, a card or PayPal avoids the BHD 1 cash charge, which on a small order is a noticeable share of the total. Current codes, if any, are on our Max coupon page.

Frequently asked questions
I ordered from Max at 5pm on Wednesday. When will it arrive in Bahrain?
Expect 2 to 3 business days. Next-business-day delivery needs the order in by 3:30pm, Saturday to Thursday, and a 5pm order misses that cutoff. Had you ordered before 3:30pm on Wednesday, the parcel would have been due the next business day.
Does a Friday order from Max Bahrain arrive the next day?
No. Next-day timing is limited to orders in by 3:30pm on Saturday to Thursday. A Friday order follows the normal two-to-three-business-day timing. If timing matters, place the order on Saturday before 3:30pm instead.
How much is a BHD 12 Max order paid in cash?
BHD 14. The basket is under BHD 20, so delivery costs BHD 1, and cash on delivery adds another BHD 1 service charge. Paying with a Benefit debit card or another card would make it BHD 13, and reaching BHD 20 would remove the delivery charge.
Can I use PayPal at Max Bahrain?
Yes. PayPal is on the Bahrain payment list together with local and international cards, Benefit debit cards, cash on delivery, gift cards and Shukran points. Not every Max country lists PayPal, so a guide written for Kuwait or Qatar would not mention it.
Can I return a duvet cover to Max Bahrain after opening it?
Not unless it is defective. Duvet covers, sheets, pillows, comforters, towels and similar bedding and bath items are refused once removed from their packaging. If it is still sealed, you can return it within 15 days of delivery with the invoice and any items that came with it.
What Shukran balance unlocks point spending at Max Bahrain?
A minimum of 200. Once your balance reaches that level, the Shukran slider at checkout lets you choose how much to apply and shows the resulting discount. Any remaining amount can be paid by card, Benefit, PayPal, gift card or cash on delivery.
