Nice One UAE: delivery, returns and customer service
Reviewed by Huda SalehUpdated
In short
This page covers the practical side of a Nice One order sent to the UAE: who to contact, how long the parcel takes, what Aramex may collect on arrival and how you pay. The two numbers to remember are up to 10 days from dispatch and the AED 100 invoice level at which UAE VAT starts.

Who to contact
There are two contacts for a UAE order. Questions about the order itself, such as a missing item or a delay before dispatch, go to Nice One through the Contact us link at the bottom of every article in its help centre (help.niceonesa.com). The help pages we read for international orders do not list a phone number, email address or opening hours.
Questions about money collected when the parcel lands go to Aramex on 920027447. Nice One states that any extra charges collected by customs after shipping are not its responsibility, so it cannot waive or refund them.
Delivery to the UAE
Nice One sends UAE orders from Saudi Arabia. The UAE is one of six countries on its shipping list, alongside Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. The help centre gives a single estimate for every order leaving the Kingdom: delivery within ten days once the status reads shipped.
Free shipping on orders outside Saudi Arabia is set at SAR 1,000 rather than in dirhams, so check the converted total at checkout. Below that level a shipping charge applies; the help pages we read do not state its amount.
Tracking and VAT on arrival
Watch for the shipped status in your account, because the ten-day estimate starts there. After that the parcel is in Aramex hands, and Aramex is also the company that collects any UAE charges before handing it over.
What you pay depends on the invoice value. Below AED 100 the pages we read list no charge. From AED 100 to AED 999 UAE VAT applies. From AED 1,000 upwards both customs duty and VAT apply. The help centre does not state the rates, so for an invoice of, say, AED 450 expect VAT only, while an invoice of AED 1,200 crosses into customs as well. If a large order sits just above AED 1,000, splitting it into two invoices below that line keeps it in the VAT-only band.
Returns and refunds from the UAE
The help pages we read for UAE orders do not set out a return route, a return window or a refund timeline for parcels sent abroad. Before you send anything back across the border, contact Nice One through the help centre and ask how the item should be returned and who pays for the shipment. Keep the Aramex receipt for any VAT you paid, since that charge is separate from what you paid Nice One.
Paying for a UAE order
Cash on delivery is not offered for UAE addresses; it is limited to Saudi Arabia. Pay for the products online at checkout, where the methods available to you are shown. The pages we read for the UAE do not list which cards or instalment services work from abroad.
Remember that the checkout total covers the products and any shipping, not the VAT or duty, which is settled with Aramex later. Codes do not reduce discounted items; current codes are on the Nice One coupon page for the UAE.

Frequently asked questions
Who collects the VAT on a Nice One parcel in the UAE?
Aramex. The courier collects UAE VAT, and customs duty where it applies, when the parcel arrives and before it is handed to you. Nice One says these charges are not its responsibility, so questions about the amount go to Aramex on 920027447 rather than to the store.
Is there any charge on arrival for an invoice under AED 100?
None is listed. The help centre starts UAE VAT at an invoice of AED 100, and customs at AED 1,000, so a small order below AED 100 has no arrival charge in the pages we read. Shipping itself may still be charged at checkout, because free shipping abroad starts at SAR 1,000.
When does the ten-day delivery estimate start?
When your order status changes to shipped. The help centre gives ten days for every order leaving Saudi Arabia and counts them from dispatch, not from payment. If a parcel has not arrived after ten days from that point, contact Nice One through the help centre and have the order number ready.
Will Nice One refund the VAT I paid to Aramex?
Not according to its help centre. Nice One states that extra charges collected by customs after shipping are outside its responsibility. If you think the amount is wrong, ask Aramex on 920027447 how it was calculated, and keep the receipt in case you later return the order and need to show what you paid.
What changes once my invoice reaches AED 1,000?
Customs duty is added on top of VAT. Between AED 100 and AED 999 only VAT applies; from AED 1,000 both apply, collected by Aramex on arrival. The rates are not stated in the help centre. If a basket sits just over the line, two separate orders under AED 1,000 each stay in the VAT-only band.
How do I contact Nice One about a UAE order?
Through the Contact us link at the bottom of each article on help.niceonesa.com. The help pages for international orders do not give a phone number, email or hours. For anything about VAT or customs collected on arrival, contact Aramex on 920027447 instead, because those charges are handled by the courier.
