Nice One Kuwait: delivery, returns and customer service

Reviewed by Huda SalehUpdated

In short

This page sets out how a Nice One order reaches Kuwait and what happens along the way: contacts, delivery time, the fees Aramex collects at the door, returns and payment. The key figures are a delivery estimate of up to 10 days from dispatch and about KWD 3 in fixed arrival fees per shipment, plus 5% of the shipment value.

Customer service for Kuwait orders

Order questions go to Nice One through the Contact us link that closes each article in its help centre at help.niceonesa.com. The international help pages we read give no phone number, email address or service hours for Kuwait.

Arrival fees are a separate matter. Aramex sets and collects them, and Nice One says such charges are not its responsibility. For a question about the stamp, clearance or declaration fee on your parcel, call Aramex on 920027447.

Delivery to Kuwait

Nice One ships to six Gulf countries, Kuwait included, and its country selector can show prices in Kuwaiti dinars. Orders are dispatched from the Kingdom, and the help centre allows ten days for any order outside the Kingdom, counted from the day the status turns to shipped.

Shipping becomes free once an order outside Saudi Arabia passes SAR 1,000. The threshold is set in riyals, so look at the dinar total on the checkout screen to see whether you have crossed it. The pages we read do not state the shipping charge below that level.

Tracking and fees at the door

Once the order shows as shipped it is with Aramex, which brings it into Kuwait and collects the arrival fees before delivery. The help centre lists four of them: a KWD 1 stamp fee, a KWD 2 customs clearance fee, a declaration charge equal to 5% of the shipment's total value, and an air transport (IATA) fee that depends on weight and origin. There is no VAT.

A worked example makes this concrete. On a KWD 30 shipment the declaration fee is KWD 1.5, so the known fees come to KWD 4.5 before the weight-based air fee. Split the same goods into two KWD 15 orders and the fixed fees are paid twice: KWD 0.75 plus KWD 3 on each, or KWD 7.5 in all. One combined order is cheaper.

Returns and refunds

Nice One's help pages for Kuwait do not describe how to send a parcel back across the border, how long you have, or how long a refund takes. Contact the store through the help centre before returning anything, and ask who arranges and pays for the return shipment. Keep the Aramex receipt for the stamp, clearance and declaration fees, since those were paid to the courier and not to Nice One.

Paying for a Kuwait order

Kuwait orders cannot be paid in cash at the door, so the products are paid for online at checkout, where the methods open to you are shown. The pages we read do not list which cards work for Kuwait.

Budget for two payments: the checkout total to Nice One, and the arrival fees to Aramex. A code does not cut items that are already discounted; for current codes see the Nice One coupon page for Kuwait.

Frequently asked questions

What is the IATA fee on a Nice One parcel to Kuwait?

It is an air transport fee that Aramex charges on arrival, and its amount depends on the parcel weight and where it came from. The help centre does not give a figure. It is added to the KWD 1 stamp fee, KWD 2 clearance fee and 5% declaration fee. Ask Aramex on 920027447 if you need an estimate.

Are the Kuwait arrival fees charged per order or per shipment?

Per shipment. The stamp and clearance fees are fixed amounts on each parcel, so two small orders pay KWD 3 twice while one combined order pays it once. On two KWD 15 orders the known fees total KWD 7.5; on one KWD 30 order they total KWD 4.5, before the weight-based air fee.

Who do I pay the arrival fees to?

Aramex. The courier collects the stamp, clearance, declaration and air transport fees before handing over the parcel. Nice One states that charges collected by customs after shipping are not its responsibility, so it does not include them in the checkout total and cannot refund them. Keep the receipt for your records.

When should my Kuwait order arrive?

Within ten days of the status changing to shipped. That is the single estimate Nice One gives for every order leaving Saudi Arabia, and it does not include the time before dispatch. If ten days have passed since that status appeared, contact Nice One through the help centre with your order number.

What is the process for sending an item back from Kuwait?

Ask Nice One first. Its Kuwait help pages do not publish a return route, return window or refund timeline for international parcels, so contact the store through the Contact us link on help.niceonesa.com before sending anything. Ask who books and pays for the return shipment, and keep your Aramex receipt.

Can I see prices in dinars on the Nice One site?

Yes. The site has a country selector that lists Kuwaiti dinars, so you can shop in KWD. The free-shipping threshold for orders abroad is still stated in riyals (SAR 1,000), so check the dinar total at checkout to see whether shipping is free. Arrival fees are paid separately to Aramex.
