In short
This page covers a Nice One order shipped to Oman, from the moment it leaves Saudi Arabia to the door: contacts, transit time, the fees Aramex collects, returns and payment. The two numbers to plan around are up to 10 days from dispatch and an OMR 3.47 clearance fee on every shipment, plus 5% of the invoice.

Who handles what
Two parties are involved in an Oman delivery. Nice One answers questions about the order itself through the Contact us link at the bottom of every article on help.niceonesa.com; the international help pages we read list no phone number, email or hours.
Aramex collects the arrival charges and is the contact for them on 920027447. Nice One says charges collected by customs after shipping are outside its responsibility, so disputes about those amounts go to the courier.
Delivery to Oman
Parcels for Oman, one of Nice One's six destination countries, leave from the Kingdom. The estimate for every order outside the Kingdom is ten days, and the count begins when your order status changes to shipped, not on the day you pay.
Shipping is free on international orders over SAR 1,000. The pages we read do not state what is charged below that amount, so check the shipping line at checkout.
Tracking and charges at the door
From the shipped status onwards the parcel is with Aramex, which clears it into Oman. For shipments up to OMR 299.15, the help centre lists two charges: 5% of the total invoice and a clearance fee of OMR 3.47 per shipment. No VAT is listed. The pages we read do not cover shipments above OMR 299.15.
Unlike Bahrain or Qatar, there is no value below which nothing is due, so even a small parcel pays. An OMR 40 order costs OMR 2 plus OMR 3.47, or OMR 5.47, on arrival. The same goods split into two OMR 20 orders cost OMR 1 plus OMR 3.47 each, OMR 8.94 together, because the clearance fee repeats.
Returns and refunds
The help pages we read for Oman do not explain how to return an international parcel, how long you have, or when a refund arrives. Contact Nice One through the help centre before posting anything back, and ask who arranges the return shipment and who pays for it. Keep the Aramex receipt for the clearance fee and the 5% charge, since that money went to the courier.
Paying for an Oman order
Paying at the door is a Saudi-only option, so an Oman basket is settled by card or another online method when you order. The payment screen shows the methods open to you; the pages we read do not list them for Oman.
Set aside the arrival charges as well as the checkout total, because every Oman shipment carries at least the OMR 3.47 clearance fee. Codes do not reduce items already on offer; current codes are on the Nice One coupon page for Oman.

Frequently asked questions
Does a small Nice One order to Oman pay any arrival fee?
Yes. Oman has no value below which nothing is due. Every shipment up to OMR 299.15 pays 5% of the invoice and OMR 3.47 for clearance. On an OMR 20 order that is OMR 1 plus OMR 3.47, so OMR 4.47 is collected by Aramex on arrival.
Why is one combined order cheaper to receive in Oman?
Because the OMR 3.47 clearance fee is charged per shipment. Two OMR 20 orders pay it twice, for OMR 8.94 in arrival charges, while one OMR 40 order pays it once, for OMR 5.47. The 5% part is the same either way; only the fixed fee repeats.
What happens to fees on an Oman shipment above OMR 299.15?
The help centre does not say. It gives the 5% charge and the OMR 3.47 clearance fee for shipments up to OMR 299.15 and lists no VAT in that band, but it does not describe what applies above it. If your order is larger, ask Aramex on 920027447 before you pay so the arrival cost is not a surprise.
When should I start chasing a late Oman parcel?
After ten days from the shipped status. Nice One gives ten days for all orders leaving Saudi Arabia, counted from dispatch rather than payment. If that time has passed and the parcel has not reached you, contact Nice One through the help centre Contact us link with your order number.
Is the 5% Oman charge refunded if I send an item back?
The help pages do not say. Nice One treats charges collected by customs after shipping as outside its responsibility and publishes no return process for Oman. Before returning anything, ask the store through the help centre, and keep the Aramex receipt showing the 5% and the OMR 3.47 you paid.
Which contact do I use for an Oman order problem?
Through the Contact us link at the end of each article on help.niceonesa.com. The help pages for international orders do not give a phone number, email or hours. For anything about the arrival charges, Aramex on 920027447 is the right contact, not Nice One.
