Nice One Qatar: delivery, returns and customer service
Reviewed by Huda SalehUpdated
In short
Ordering from Nice One to Qatar means a cross-border parcel, and this page covers the steps after checkout: who answers questions, how long delivery takes, the clearance charge on arrival, returns and payment. Two figures matter most: up to 10 days from dispatch, and a QAR 20 clearance fee on each shipment.

Getting help with a Qatar order
For anything about the order itself, use the Contact us link at the foot of each help article on help.niceonesa.com. The pages we read for orders outside Saudi Arabia do not give a phone line, email address or working hours.
The clearance fee is handled by Aramex, not by Nice One. The store says it is not responsible for charges collected by customs after shipping, so if the amount at your door looks wrong, call Aramex on 920027447.
Shipping to Qatar
Qatar is one of the six countries Nice One serves, and orders travel from Saudi Arabia. The help centre puts every order outside the Kingdom at ten days, counted from the moment the status reads shipped rather than from payment.
Free shipping on international orders starts at SAR 1,000. The help pages we read do not give the shipping charge for smaller baskets, so the checkout summary is the place to see it before you pay.
Tracking and the clearance charge
After the shipped status appears, Aramex carries the parcel and clears it through Qatari customs. Below an invoice value of QAR 3,000 the only charge listed is a QAR 20 clearance fee. Above QAR 3,000, customs duty of 5% of the full invoice is added to that QAR 20.
In practice most beauty orders stay in the first band. A QAR 400 order pays QAR 20 at the door. A QAR 3,200 order pays 5% of QAR 3,200, which is QAR 160, plus QAR 20, for QAR 180 in total. Because the QAR 20 applies to each shipment, two separate small orders pay it twice.
Returns and refunds
The Qatar help pages we read do not describe a return route, a deadline or a refund timeline for parcels sent from Saudi Arabia. Before posting anything back, contact Nice One through the help centre and ask how the return should be shipped and who covers the cost. The clearance fee was paid to Aramex, so keep that receipt separately from your order confirmation.
Paying for a Qatar order
Payment on delivery is a Saudi-only service, so a Qatar order is paid online when you check out. The methods offered appear on the payment screen; the pages we read do not list them for Qatar.
Expect two separate costs: the order total paid to Nice One, and the QAR 20 clearance fee, or more on a large invoice, paid to Aramex. Codes skip items that are already discounted; current ones are on the Nice One coupon page for Qatar.

Frequently asked questions
Is the QAR 20 clearance fee charged on every parcel?
Yes, it applies per shipment. Aramex collects QAR 20 on each parcel with an invoice below QAR 3,000, so splitting one basket into two orders means paying it twice. Combining your purchases into a single order keeps the clearance cost to one QAR 20, as long as the invoice stays under QAR 3,000.
How is customs worked out on a Qatar invoice above QAR 3,000?
Aramex adds 5% of the whole invoice to the QAR 20 clearance fee. On a QAR 3,200 order that is QAR 160 plus QAR 20, or QAR 180. The 5% applies to the full value, not just the part above QAR 3,000, so an invoice just over the line costs noticeably more than one just under it.
Who should I call about a clearance charge in Qatar?
Aramex, on 920027447. The courier collects the clearance fee and any customs duty when the parcel arrives, and Nice One says it is not responsible for charges collected by customs after shipping. Contact Nice One only for questions about the order itself, using the help centre Contact us link.
My Qatar order has shown as shipped for a week. Is it late?
Not yet. Nice One allows ten days for orders outside Saudi Arabia, counted from the shipped status. A week in transit is still within that estimate. If the parcel has not arrived once ten days have passed since the status changed, contact Nice One through the help centre with your order number.
Does Nice One refund the clearance fee if I return an order?
The help pages do not say. Nice One states that charges collected by customs after shipping are outside its responsibility, and it publishes no return process for Qatar. Ask the store through the help centre before returning anything, and keep the Aramex receipt for the QAR 20 so you can show what you paid.
Is VAT added to Nice One orders in Qatar?
The help centre lists no VAT for Qatar. The charges it gives are the QAR 20 clearance fee on every shipment and, above an invoice of QAR 3,000, customs duty of 5% of the total. Both are collected by Aramex when the parcel arrives, separately from what you pay Nice One at checkout.
