Contacts for Bahrain orders
Nice One handles questions about your order through the Contact us link at the end of each article on help.niceonesa.com. The help pages we read for international orders do not publish a phone number, email or hours for Bahrain.
Duty and VAT, when they apply, are collected by Aramex. Nice One states that charges taken by customs after shipping are not its responsibility, so Aramex, on 920027447, is the number for any question about them.
Delivery to Bahrain
Nice One ships to Bahrain, and the country selector on the site shows Bahraini dinars. Orders are sent from Saudi Arabia, and the help centre allows ten days for anything shipped outside the Kingdom, starting when the order status changes to shipped.
International orders ship free above SAR 1,000. The limit is in riyals, so compare it with the dinar total shown at checkout. The help pages we read do not give the shipping charge on orders below it.
Tracking and duty on arrival
Once the order shows as shipped, Aramex moves it across the border. Bahrain has the simplest rule of the six countries Nice One lists: if the total invoice is BHD 301.68 or less, no customs duty or VAT is listed. Above BHD 301.68, both 5% customs and 5% VAT apply.
For a sense of scale, an order of BHD 250 arrives with nothing to pay. An order of BHD 320 crosses the line, and 5% of BHD 320 is BHD 16, so customs alone is about BHD 16, with VAT of a similar size on top. The help centre does not state whether VAT is calculated on the value before or after customs, so treat the combined figure, around BHD 32, as an estimate.
Returns and refunds
For Bahrain, the help pages we read give no return route, return deadline or refund timeline for international parcels. Ask Nice One through the help centre before you send anything back, including who books the return shipment and who pays for it. If you paid duty or VAT to Aramex, keep that receipt apart from the order confirmation.
Paying for a Bahrain order
There is no cash on delivery for Bahrain; Nice One limits that option to Saudi addresses. Pay online at checkout, where the available methods are listed. The pages we read do not say which cards are accepted from Bahrain.
On an order under BHD 301.68 the checkout total is usually the whole cost; above it, set aside the duty and VAT for Aramex as well. Codes do not apply to discounted items; see the Nice One coupon page for Bahrain for current codes.

Frequently asked questions
Will I pay anything when a small Nice One order reaches Bahrain?
Not according to the help centre, as long as the invoice is BHD 301.68 or less. No customs or VAT is listed below that value. Shipping itself can still be charged at checkout if the order is under SAR 1,000, since that is the free-shipping level for orders outside Saudi Arabia.
How much is added to a Bahrain invoice above BHD 301.68?
Customs of 5% and VAT of 5%. On a BHD 320 invoice, 5% is BHD 16, so expect roughly BHD 32 in total, collected by Aramex on arrival. The help centre does not say whether VAT is worked out before or after customs, so the exact figure may differ slightly from that estimate.
Is the BHD 301.68 limit per order or per shipment?
The help centre ties it to the total invoice value. A single order above BHD 301.68 attracts customs and VAT; the page does not discuss combining or splitting orders. If one large basket sits just over the limit, two separate orders each under BHD 301.68 would each fall below it, though each may carry its own shipping charge.
What is the transit time to Bahrain?
Up to ten days after the status changes to shipped. That estimate covers every order leaving the Kingdom, and it does not count the days before dispatch. If ten days have passed since the shipped status appeared and nothing has arrived, contact Nice One through the help centre.
Who do I contact about duty charged on my Bahrain parcel?
Aramex, on 920027447. The courier collects customs and VAT on invoices above BHD 301.68, and Nice One says such charges after shipping are not its responsibility. For anything else, such as a missing or wrong item, use the Contact us link in the Nice One help centre.
Can I shop in Bahraini dinars on Nice One?
Yes. The site's country selector lists BHD, so prices can be shown in dinars. Two thresholds use other currencies, though: free shipping abroad is set at SAR 1,000, while the customs line is BHD 301.68. Check the dinar total at checkout against both before you pay.
