Namshi UAE: delivery, returns and customer service

Delivery speeds and charges

Standard delivery in the UAE costs AED 12 on orders below AED 150. Two faster services are listed: next-day for AED 14 on orders above AED 200, and same-day for AED 18 on orders above AED 350. If you choose either, the ordinary shipping fee no longer applies, but the express charge does, so an AED 250 basket sent next day still costs AED 14 to deliver.

Credit in your Namshi Wallet can pay the shipping and express charges. Namshi's delivery article does not state delivery times or cut-off hours for standard orders, so check the estimate shown at checkout. If you select leave-at-door or a locker, cash on delivery will not be offered for that order.

Cancellations and support

Namshi's help articles that we read give no steps for tracking or cancelling a UAE order and no customer-service phone number, email or hours. They do publish one cancellation rule: shipping fees paid on an order that is cancelled after it has shipped are refunded.

Sending items back

The return and exchange window is 14 days from receiving your order. Items have to be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, still carrying their original product tags, brand labels and, where fitted, the security tag loop. They go back in the brand box or original packaging, with all accessories, parts and manuals.

Beauty products cannot be returned, nor can anything that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons. A size that does not fit can be exchanged once; if the second size is also wrong, return it. Namshi's team collects the parcel, and no return fee is mentioned, although shoppers who return repeatedly or abusively may face fees on future orders or limits on free returns.

1. Make sure you are still inside 14 days from receiving the order.
2. Check the item is unworn and unwashed with tags, brand labels and the security tag loop still on.
3. Put it back in the brand box or original packaging with its accessories and manuals.
4. Request the return or size exchange and give the parcel to the Namshi pickup team.
5. Expect the quality check to take about 4 to 5 days, occasionally up to 30, before the refund.

When the money comes back

Nothing is refunded until the item passes the quality check. After that, card payments are refunded to your bank account, normally in 5 to 7 business days depending on the bank; Tabby and Tamara payments go back to those accounts, normally within 24 hours; and cash-on-delivery orders are credited to your Namshi Wallet when the return is complete.

Deductions are possible. If the security tag has been removed or damaged, Namshi can take off up to 30% of the original paid price, and a missing or damaged tag loop can lead to a deduction of up to 30% too. Items that come back damaged, incorrect, incomplete or with extra or mismatched pieces can also be refunded at a lower amount. For an AED 200 dress, 30% means AED 60 less.

Payment methods

UAE orders can be paid by card, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara, or in cash on delivery for an AED 15 fee. The cash total shown at checkout already includes the product price, shipping and carrier charges. Card and Namshi Wallet payments carry no extra fee.

Cash on delivery is not available for leave-at-door or locker deliveries, and Namshi may not accept a cash order if you have multiple pending deliveries or have refused deliveries before. For codes and the current bank offer, see our Namshi UAE coupon page.
