Namshi Saudi Arabia: delivery, returns and customer service

Delivery options and fees

Namshi lists three delivery speeds for the Kingdom. Standard delivery costs SAR 30 below SAR 200 and nothing from there up. For speed, next-day costs SAR 18 once the basket passes SAR 200, while same-day costs SAR 24 and needs more than SAR 350. Choosing a faster speed waives the standard fee, but the same-day or next-day charge still applies: a SAR 400 order sent same day pays SAR 24.

Any balance in your Namshi Wallet can be used for both the shipping fee and the express charge. The delivery article gives no delivery times or daily cut-off for standard orders. Leave-at-door and locker delivery are offered as options, but neither can be combined with cash on delivery.

Cancelling and tracking

The help articles we read do not explain how to track or cancel a Saudi order, and they list no phone number or email for customer service. One rule is published: if an order is cancelled after it has shipped and you were charged a delivery fee, that fee is refunded. Keep any cancellation confirmation until the money is back.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order. They must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original product tags, brand labels and the security tag loop where there is one, packed in the brand box or original packaging with every accessory, part and manual. Beauty products, and items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, are not accepted.

Size problems get a one-time exchange, and if the new size still does not fit you can return it. Namshi's team picks the item up. The policy mentions no return fee, but a fair use clause allows Namshi to charge return fees on future orders, limit free returns or, rarely, refuse requests from shoppers who return repeatedly or abusively.

1. Within 14 days of delivery, decide whether you need a size exchange or a return.
2. Keep every tag, brand label and the security tag loop attached, since tampering with the security tag can take as much as 30% off your refund.
3. Pack the item in its brand box or original packaging with all accessories, parts and manuals.
4. Request the return with Namshi and hand the parcel to the Namshi team when they collect it.
5. Allow time for Namshi's inspection, normally 4 to 5 days but sometimes up to 30, before the refund is issued.

Refunds by payment method

A refund is issued after the quality check. Card payments go back to your bank account, usually within 5 to 7 business days depending on the bank. Tabby and Tamara refunds return to that account, usually within 24 hours. An order paid cash on delivery is refunded to your Namshi Wallet once the return is complete, not handed back in cash.

The amount can be lower than you paid. Tampering with the security tag can lower what you get back by up to 30% of the original price, a missing or damaged tag loop can bring a deduction of up to 30%, and an item found damaged, incorrect, incomplete or with extra or mismatched pieces can be refunded at a reduced amount. On a SAR 300 jacket, a 30% deduction would be SAR 90.

Paying for an order

In Saudi Arabia Namshi takes cards, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara, and cash on delivery for a SAR 34 fee. For a cash order, the total shown at checkout is the full amount you hand over, covering the product price, shipping and carrier charges. Paying by card or from the Namshi Wallet adds no fee.

Cash on delivery has limits beyond the fee: it is not available with leave-at-door or locker delivery, and you may not be able to place a cash order if you already have several pending deliveries or a history of refusing them. Current codes are on our Namshi Saudi coupon page.
