Delivery in Qatar
Namshi charges USD 8 for delivery on Qatari orders below QAR 350; from QAR 350 delivery costs nothing. The fee is set in dollars while the threshold is in riyals, and the delivery article does not explain the conversion. Same-day and next-day services are priced only for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and no delivery times are given for Qatar.
Namshi Wallet balance can be used to pay the shipping fee. A QAR 300 basket, for example, either pays USD 8 or uses wallet credit to cover it.
Cancellation and support
We found no tracking steps, cancellation procedure or Qatar contact number in the Namshi help articles we read. What they do say is that if an order is cancelled after shipping and a shipping fee was charged, the fee is refunded.
Returning or exchanging items
Eligible items can go back within 14 days of receiving your order. Namshi wants them unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags, brand labels and the security tag loop if one was fitted, returned in the brand box or original packaging together with all accessories, parts and manuals.
Beauty products and items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons are not returnable. Size issues get a single exchange, and if the replacement does not fit either, you can return it. The Namshi team collects the parcel. The policy names no return fee but warns that repeated or abusive returns can bring fees on future orders, fewer free returns or, rarely, a refused request.

Refund timing and deductions
Once the quality check is done, a card payment is refunded to your bank account, usually within 5 to 7 business days depending on the bank. The policy gives about 24 hours for Tabby and Tamara refunds, if your Qatari order was paid that way.
The refund can be cut if the item fails the check: up to 30% of the original price for a removed or damaged security tag, up to 30% for a missing or damaged tag loop, and a reduced amount for damaged, incorrect or incomplete items or extra and mismatched pieces. On a QAR 400 order, a 30% deduction would cost QAR 120.
How to pay
Cash on delivery is not currently offered in Qatar, so payment is taken online. Namshi's payment page lists credit and debit cards, Apple Pay on a supported device, and Namshi credit. Tabby and Tamara are named on the same page without a country list, so look for them at checkout rather than assuming they apply in Qatar.
