Delivery to Bahrain

Delivery is free on Bahraini orders of BHD 35 or more. Below that, the fee is USD 8, quoted in dollars even though the threshold is in dinars. The delivery article prices same-day and next-day services only for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, so Bahrain has standard delivery, and it gives no delivery times.

Wallet credit can be put toward the USD 8 fee, which helps if you have a balance from an earlier refund or promotion.

Cancelling an order

The help articles we read contain no cancellation steps, tracking guide or Bahrain customer-service contact. They do confirm that when an order is cancelled after it has shipped, any shipping fee charged on it is refunded.

Returns and size exchanges

Namshi takes eligible items back within 14 days of receiving the order. Each must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with its original product tags, brand labels and, if fitted, the security tag loop, and it goes back in the brand box or original packaging with all its accessories, parts and manuals.

Beauty products cannot be returned, and nor can items unfit for resale on hygiene or safety grounds. A wrong size can be exchanged once, and a second wrong size can be returned. Namshi's team collects returns. There is no return fee in the policy, but customers who return repeatedly or abusively can face charges on later orders, limits on free returns or, rarely, refusals.

1. Start within 14 days of the order arriving.
2. Leave all tags, labels and the security tag loop on, and do not wear or wash the item.
3. Pack it in the brand box or original packaging with its accessories, parts and manuals.
4. Request a return or the one-time size exchange and hand the parcel to the Namshi collection team.
5. Give the quality check its usual 4 to 5 days, or up to 30, before expecting the refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method after the quality check. For a debit or credit card, that usually means 5 to 7 business days for the money to reach your bank account, depending on the bank. Tabby and Tamara refunds usually take about 24 hours, where those methods were used.

Some returns are refunded in part. Namshi can deduct up to 30% of the original paid price when the security tag has been removed or damaged, and up to 30% when the tag loop is missing or damaged. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete items, and parcels with extra or mismatched pieces, can also be refunded at a reduced amount. On a BHD 30 pair of shoes, a 30% deduction is BHD 9.

Payment options

Namshi does not currently offer cash on delivery in Bahrain, so orders are paid online. Its payment page lists credit and debit cards, Apple Pay on supported devices, and Namshi credit. Tabby and Tamara also appear on that page, but it does not say which countries they cover, so confirm at checkout before planning to pay in instalments.
