Customer service

The Kuwait help articles we read do not list a phone number, email address, chat service or support hours. Home Centre publishes its Kuwait shipping, returns and payment rules at helpkw.homecentre.com, so start there and use the contact route the store itself offers rather than a number copied from elsewhere.

Delivery times and fees

Household items ship free when the order is over KWD 25. Under that, a KWD 1.5 fee is added and shown at checkout. Expect the parcel within 6 to 8 days, so a gift or a set of glasses needed for a dinner should be ordered well over a week ahead.

Furniture is free to deliver from KWD 49 in every area. Below that, it costs KWD 10, or KWD 25 if the address is in Kabd. A 2-day express service is available for KWD 20.

Worked example: a KWD 45 side table going to Kabd costs KWD 70 with delivery. Add another furniture piece of KWD 4 or more and the order reaches KWD 49, so delivery becomes free and you pay KWD 49 for two items instead of KWD 70 for one.

Tracking, changes and cancelling

The Kuwait articles we read do not explain how to track, edit or cancel an order. Household deliveries take 6 to 8 days, which usually leaves time to act, so contact customer support through the help centre as soon as you spot a wrong address or item.

Returning an item

Online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Not accepted: items damaged by misuse or showing wear, even under warranty; items used, altered, assembled or installed unless defective; and bedding, mattresses, bed-in-a-bag sets, pillows, sheets, comforters, duvets and covers, memory foam, bath products, towels, bathrobes and kids' products once unpacked.

Assembled pieces are taken back only for a manufacturing defect, and Home Centre may inspect them and choose to repair or replace them. You cannot swap for a different colour or size: return the item and buy the one you want separately.

1. Check that you are inside 14 days from delivery.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging and confirm it is not on the excluded list.
3. Note the reason for the return, since it decides whether a cash on delivery charge comes back.
4. Contact customer support through helpkw.homecentre.com to arrange the return; the Kuwait article does not describe the booking or collection steps, so ask how and when the item will be picked up.

Refunds

The KWD 1 cash on delivery charge is the one refund rule spelled out for Kuwait. You get it back only if you send back the entire order and the reason is a wrong product, a damaged product, or one that did not match its description on the site. Return part of an order, or return for any other reason such as choosing the wrong size, and the KWD 1 is kept.

The help centre has separate articles on refunds for card and cash payments, but the pages we read do not give their timings, so ask for an expected date when you arrange the return.

Ways to pay

Kuwait checkout accepts cards, KNET, cash on delivery with its KWD 1 charge, My Credit and Shukran points, which need a balance of at least 250. Tabby and Tamara do not appear in the Kuwait payment list we have. Paying by KNET or card keeps the KWD 1 refund question out of any later return.
