How to use a Home Centre code
- Open the Home Centre site for your own country and add your items to the basket.
- Check that the items are Home Centre's own brand at regular price, because codes skip Best Price, Must Have and other brands.
- Go to the basket or checkout page and type the code into the discount code box, then apply it.
- Read the order summary: the discount should appear as its own line, and the delivery fee should match your country's threshold.
- Choose a payment method and place the order; Shukran points for the purchase are added to your Shukran account.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
Household orders cost KWD 1.5 to deliver until the basket reaches KWD 25, at which point delivery becomes free. Expect them in 6 to 8 days, which is slower than the household times Home Centre gives for Saudi Arabia or Qatar, so order bedding or kitchen basics well before you need them.
Furniture is free from KWD 49. Below that, the charge is KWD 10 for most addresses and KWD 25 for Kabd, so residents there gain the most from adding a small item to cross the line. A 2-day express furniture service costs KWD 20. If you apply a discount code, check that the reduced total still reaches KWD 25 or KWD 49, because the delivery fee is worked out on what you actually pay.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
Kuwait allows 14 days from the day your order is delivered to send items back, and they need to be in their original packaging. The Kuwait pages we read list no category exclusions, but they also do not say whether return collection is charged, so ask customer support before sending back anything bulky or already assembled.
The cash on delivery rule here is strict. The KWD 1 fee is refunded only if you return the full order because an item was faulty or the wrong product arrived. Returning things because the size or colour did not suit you means the KWD 1 stays with Home Centre, even if every item goes back. For anyone who might return for a personal reason, paying by KNET or card is the cleaner choice.
Paying in Kuwait
The Kuwait site takes KNET, credit and debit cards, cash on delivery, My Credit and Shukran points. Shukran can be used once you have at least 250 points. Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are not listed on the Kuwait payment page, so instalments through a buy now, pay later service are not something to plan on here.
KNET is the simplest way for most residents to skip the KWD 1 cash fee. Home Centre has also run bank promotions in Kuwait; the most recent, with Kuwait Finance House (KFH), ended in December 2025, and we found nothing replacing it in October 2026. If a new bank offer is posted on the Kuwait help site, read the card type and dates before planning a purchase around it, and check whether a discount code can be used alongside.

Before you pay at Home Centre in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from KWD 25; below that it costs KWD 1.500. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for KWD 1. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Home Centre in Kuwait
- Kabd residents pay KWD 25 to have furniture under KWD 49 delivered, so adding a small item to pass the threshold can cost less than the fee.
- Plan household orders about a week ahead, since delivery takes 6 to 8 days.
- Pay with KNET rather than cash if you might return an item for size or colour, because the KWD 1 fee is not refunded in that case.
- After applying a code, confirm the total still reaches KWD 25 for household items or KWD 49 for furniture.

Yes, KWD 1. It is refunded only when you return the complete order because something was faulty or wrong. If you send items back for size, colour or a change of mind, the KWD 1 is not returned, even on a full return. KNET and cards avoid the fee from the start.

Yes. KNET is listed alongside credit and debit cards, cash on delivery, My Credit and Shukran points. Paying with KNET also saves the KWD 1 charge that comes with cash orders, and it means a refund for a personal-reason return does not leave you short of that fee.

Yes, once you hold at least 250 points. Shukran is one of the Kuwait payment methods, so points can cover part of an order at checkout. You also earn points on purchases, since Home Centre is part of Landmark Group's Shukran programme. Check your balance before you pay.
Is there a Home Centre bank offer in Kuwait?
Not at the moment, as far as we found. The most recent one, run with Kuwait Finance House (KFH), ended in December 2025. Home Centre posts such promotions on its Kuwait help site, so look there before a large purchase, and check whether a discount code can be used at the same time.
