How to use a Home Centre code
- Open the Home Centre site for your own country and add your items to the basket.
- Check that the items are Home Centre's own brand at regular price, because codes skip Best Price, Must Have and other brands.
- Go to the basket or checkout page and type the code into the discount code box, then apply it.
- Read the order summary: the discount should appear as its own line, and the delivery fee should match your country's threshold.
- Choose a payment method and place the order; Shukran points for the purchase are added to your Shukran account.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Household orders ship free from AED 250; below that, Home Centre charges AED 18. Furniture is free from AED 999 and costs AED 100 under it, but Hatta, Dalma and the Western Region are outside that standard rate, so the fee for those addresses is shown at checkout. Express furniture delivery costs AED 250.
Same-day delivery covers selected parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for orders placed before 12 noon, at AED 18 on top of the normal charge. According to the help page, that surcharge is refunded if Home Centre fails to deliver on the day, but not if nobody is home when the driver arrives. Abu Dhabi does not appear on the same-day list we read, so shoppers there should plan around standard delivery.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
UAE customers have 14 days after delivery to return an item, and it must go back in the box it arrived in. Once you book the return, Home Centre sends someone to collect it, and that pickup takes 3 to 5 business days to happen, so book early in the window rather than on the last day.
Two charges may not come back with the refund. The AED 18 same-day surcharge is kept when the reason for sending it back is personal such as a change of mind. The AED 10 cash on delivery charge, according to the UAE help pages, is refunded only when the entire order is returned. The pages do not say whether the return pickup itself carries a fee, so check the confirmation before you hand anything over.
Paying in the UAE
The UAE store accepts credit and debit cards, cash on delivery, My Credit, Home Centre gift cards, Shukran points and Tabby. Cash on delivery adds an AED 10 service charge to the order, so a card, a gift card or Tabby is cheaper for the same basket.
For a sofa, a dining set or a full bedroom, card instalments are offered with UAE banks including ADCB, Emirates NBD, Dubai Islamic Bank and Emirates Islamic, and checkout shows the plan when your card is eligible. Tabby is the alternative if your bank is not on the list. Any My Credit balance you hold can be used at checkout as well. Tamara and Apple Pay do not appear on the UAE payment page we read, so do not count on either.

Before you pay at Home Centre in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 250; below that it costs AED 18. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for AED 10. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Home Centre in the UAE
- In Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman, pay the AED 18 same-day surcharge only if you will be home, since it is not refunded when you miss the delivery.
- For an address in the Western Region, Hatta or Dalma, look at the furniture fee at checkout, because the standard AED 100 rate does not cover those areas.
- Book a return in the first days of the 14-day window, as the pickup can take up to 5 business days.
- For a big furniture order, check for an instalment plan at checkout if you bank with Emirates NBD, ADCB, Emirates Islamic or Dubai Islamic Bank.

What is the free delivery minimum at Home Centre UAE?
AED 250 for household items and AED 999 for furniture. Under those amounts you pay AED 18 on household orders and AED 100 on furniture. Furniture going to the Western Region, Hatta or Dalma does not follow the standard rate, so the fee for those addresses appears only at checkout.
Does Home Centre offer same-day delivery in the UAE?
Yes, in selected areas of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. You need to order before 12 noon, and it costs AED 18 on top of normal delivery. If Home Centre misses the same day, the surcharge is refunded; if you are not available to receive the order, it is not. It is also kept if you return the order for a personal reason.
What does cash on delivery cost at Home Centre UAE?
AED 10. It is added as a service charge to every cash order. Going by the UAE help pages, the charge is repaid only when the full order goes back, so a partial return keeps it. Cards, Tabby, gift cards, My Credit and Shukran points all let you avoid the charge.
Can I use Tabby at Home Centre UAE?
Yes. Tabby is listed among the UAE payment options. Tamara is not mentioned on the UAE pages. If you prefer a bank plan, card instalments are available with banks including ADCB, Emirates NBD, Dubai Islamic Bank and Emirates Islamic, and checkout shows the option when your card qualifies.
How do returns work at Home Centre UAE?
You have 14 days from delivery, with the item in its original packaging. After you raise the return, a collection is arranged within 3 to 5 business days. The UAE pages do not say whether that pickup is free, and the AED 18 same-day surcharge is not refunded when the reason for the return is personal.
Do Home Centre promo codes work on everything in the UAE?
No. The percentage codes reported for the UAE are subject to Home Centre's usual exclusions: Best Price and Must Have ranges and brands that are not Home Centre's own. Put regular-priced Home Centre pieces in the basket first, apply the code and check the total before you add anything else.
Can I use a Home Centre code with a UAE bank offer?
Not published. The UAE pages we read list instalment banks but no live bank discount, and they say nothing about stacking a code with one. If a bank promotion appears at checkout, apply your code first and see whether both reductions show in the summary before you confirm the order.
How do I contact Home Centre UAE customer service?
Through the UAE help site at helpae.homecentre.com. It hosts the delivery, same-day, returns and payment articles we used, and it is where you start a return or ask about a code that will not apply. Phone numbers and opening hours were not part of the facts we collected, so check the site itself.
