Arabian Oud UAE: delivery, returns and customer service

Customer service

The UAE store lists WhatsApp as its customer care line, on +966 92 000 9692. That is a Saudi-prefixed number shared across Arabian Oud's Gulf stores, so the chat may be handled centrally; mention that your order was placed on ae.arabianoud.com. The contact button on the site opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message.

For anything in writing, the UAE address is wecare.ae@arabianoud.com. The team works 8am–6pm, Sunday through Thursday, so a message sent on a Friday afternoon is likely to wait until Sunday. The head office is at Burlington Tower in Dubai. No separate UAE phone line is listed.

Delivery and tracking

Shipping is free to any address in the UAE, and a courier delivers within 1 to 9 working days. Taxes and any shipping charge depend on the destination and delivery method, and are confirmed when you complete the order. For a birthday or Eid gift, leave enough time for the slow end of that range.

Parcels are tracked on the shipping company's own website. The policy page does not name the company or give a link, so look for the courier and tracking details in your order confirmation. The pages we read do not explain how to change or cancel an order, so contact the team quickly if you need to.

Returns and exchanges

A perfume qualifies if the seal is intact, the box and every accessory and label are still with it, and you can show a receipt or proof of payment. Returns run for 7 days from purchase and exchanges for 15. An exchange only gives you the same product again, and only for a manufacturing defect; switching to another fragrance means returning the first and ordering again. Opened or used perfumes, oud wood, oud oil and gift bags that have been partly used are not accepted.

2. Enter the order number and the mobile number from the order, and select the order.
3. Complete the return request and wait for the team to follow up.
4. In person instead: take the item and proof of payment to any Arabian Oud branch.

Refunds

Refunds are paid back to the method you used. Processing normally takes between 3 and 7 business days, and the policy allows for up to 14 in some cases, so do not chase a card refund before the second week has passed. The UAE policy does not give separate timings for Apple Pay or instalment plans.

Payment

Online orders in the UAE can be paid by credit card or Apple Pay, or split with Tabby or Tamara. One inconsistency is worth knowing: the UAE shipping page says cash on delivery is available in the UAE, while the store's payment list does not include it.
